@bt_uk Hi, I have already tried both Modes 2 and 3, both provide the same error so in this case it's more than likely the drivers themselves causing the issue. Nintendo have confirmed that it can't be fixed but ah well, hardware goes out of date sometimes. Thanks for the help.

@bt_uk What they don’t tell you is complete Wi-fi costs around £100! They should provide decent Wi-fi for the monthly fee. Same with Halo - charging extra for superior technical support. Support should be standard for every customer 🙄
