Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@bt_uk Hi there. You keep messaging me via SMS and email about returning kit to you, but the packaging you promise to send hasn't turned up. I see this problem a lot. Had similar issues with O2 and Virgin. Please could you actually send the packaging and then I'm happy to return?

@bt_uk I’m on the line with support now. It took ages, but we eventually figured out that BT is double-billing me because they failed to close my old account when I upgraded to Fibre. Nobody seems to know how to solve this and I couldn’t be more irate. Currently in golf again…

I understand that it will take time to reconnect, but was disappointed that this EE unit did not work. I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem. We have been relying on phone data, which is not great if you are working from home @bt_uk
