@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

@bt_uk Won't let me watch any live feed, I've tried clearing cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I don't get errors or error messages. I tap what I want to watch and it does nothing.
