@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

@bt_uk Ordered broadband on the 5th, today is the 26th no service yet. Lies upon lies by tech support every 48 hours someone will fix it in the next 48 hours. Fault since the 12th says it will be fixed on the 17th. This must be the worst broadband company in existence.

@bt_uk Engineer came and unplugged us from the tray, wasn’t fixed until we called you back out. Since been having drop outs and told an engineer has been coming twice and not been? Told I had a problem on the line 3 weeks ago and still nothing 👍🏼
