@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

My first experience with BT is awful! Any other company can save us please 🙏 waited weeks to get a slot for them to active it. Didn’t work when they said. Now tell us sent the wrong box and we need an engineer but have to wait. Not a good start to this company 👎 @bt_uk @BTCare

Do not use BT Business for your broadband! @btbusinesscare ! Horrendous customer service and that’s after they admitted it was their fault after our complaint!
