Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

@bt_uk Yes it's via mini connectors (only ~20 feet away though). When we turn them off and on again that usually fixes it, for a while. Doesn't help us recover recordings that are already corrupted. Is there a more permanent fix?
