@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

@BTCare have sent you a few DM due to broadband keep crashing! Happening every hour and lasts 10 mins! Systems saying to issue in area but that’s not case as keeps happening!

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@_502JoJo @bt_uk Someone told me to email their CEO, so I did and got a reply. I've taken this as high as it goes now, to go higher would be having to take it to court. But yeah I get the feeling when I talk to them that they like to point the finger at me or someone else. It's never their fault.

@bt_uk What is the best way to raise a complaint? Ordered an internet upgrade months ago and have been given 4 dates when Open Reach/Kelly group were going to come. Not turned up once and not a call to say they won’t be coming. I can’t keep taking days off work for a laugh! 😡🤬

Was supposed to get a call yesterday from a manager dealing with my case. @bt_uk never called me. Pathetic. Now waiting for the call about an update today. I'm guessing they won't call and no work will have been done. Wouldn't suprise me.

Well @BTGroup @BTCare @bt_uk have really surpassed themselves with bad customer service again. Promised line and broadband installation at new office failed despite assurances. No promised calls received and now a new order has to be made. Fuming 🤬🤬🤬

Why am I paying - premium @bt_uk for WiFi... I can’t even enjoy in bed. Renting a small one bed flat. The gaff isn’t big at all. The signal should be able to reach! You seriously forcing me to part with more cash to get basic coverage is ridiculous and outrageous!

Now forced to use my #EE mobile data as my @bt_uk has kicked me off my own WiFi and is stating the password I create is incorrect. Truly had enough. Where do I complain? Which team switches me to a company who is actually going to care for their customers and over decent service
