    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🀯 and we lost 🀬

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk Dear Matt/BT, we've had constant internet down daily for weeks, sometimes several Xs a day. Usually self resolves, but today almost an hour, still orange/pink flash. May I attempt same text/landline test if unresolved in next hour? Regards, R Elizabeth aka ladybudd.

    Listening to @bt_uk CTO Howard Watson at #connectedbritain BT is sadly still talking about the long-obsolete concept of β€œseamless” blending of cellular, WiFi etc That’s entirely the wrong sort of network convergence Also mentioned edge for compute + also storage
