James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Braintree, England@StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@bt_uk @DMk03s This all very useful information @bt_uk but spread over so many pages & with 'drop down menus' does for some, with age related problems have problems navigating around the using BT Mobile abroad. The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedEvery time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.
-
Sparky (@oftheVotadini) reported@bt_uk @tringgooner I hate corporate replies like this. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, they palm you off to another department who will fob you off with a desultory offer
-
namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Why are you so aggravatingly poor at communicating and dealing with people who are made to use your services? Not choose, made.

Carol Lord (@CarolLo58903853) reported@bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕
