    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service itโ€™s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within โ€œ2hrsโ€ I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT ๐Ÿ˜–

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but itโ€™s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted itโ€™s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

    @bt_uk Best way to see check if something is repaired check with customer @bt.com. Not close issue because engineers did not turn up Neighbour same issue all sorted with engineer visit Me re book for Monday because you forgot to connect Internet on pole replacement

    @bt_uk terrible service, internet down for 2 days, they said an engineer would come out, engineer rang me tells me he will be out Weds 9am never showed up. Awaiting a new router now. At least keep me updated BT. Thinks it's a new provider time.
