Marion Pettet π (@MarionPettet) reported from Kelvedon Hatch, EnglandWhen you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
-
Niraj Shukla (@nshukla86) reported@btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
-
wynne carter πΆ#FBPEπΊπ¦ (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?
-
trevor rhodes (@trevjrho) reported@bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.
-
Pierssy π (@Pierssy) reported@bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!
-
Danyal Mustafa (@DanyalMustafa) reportedAt least 6 major Internet outages in under 2 weeks. Appalling treatment by your "support staff". I'd like a complaint sent to the CEO Allison Kirkby please. @btbusinesscare
-
Lou Skunt (@Bubbler_Ranx) reported@bt_uk just got a text that my phone bill is ready but I still canβt log into my account without giving my phone number. Weβre getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. Iβm not DMing and Iβm not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?
-
Jason (@Jason_g_117) reportedYo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a Β£32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me Β£52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again
-
gary tordoff (@chinleyman) reported@bt_uk no internet AGAIN what is going on. Its nearly every day now, what are we paying for. Costing me to use my mobile data (Tesco) at least I can rely on that. How do I claim for the data Iβm using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service Iβm paying for?
