They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

Pete Wright (@CSI_Pete) reported@bt_uk Hi. Is the offer to upgrade my broadband for Β£1 a scam? The βcheckout broadband β only button doesnβt work unless I alter my tv package which then starts a new 24 month contract. Seems everyone has the same issue. Seems a con to me then.
