    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service itโ€™s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within โ€œ2hrsโ€ I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT ๐Ÿ˜–

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! Iโ€™m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesnโ€™t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill ยฃ75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is ยฃ52 when offering NEW customers ยฃ29. 40 years a customer and they donโ€™t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    @bt_uk weโ€™ve been without broadband in Bramley, Guildford for 4 days now and customer service says itโ€™s OpenReach โ€œplansโ€ to restore service by 31st of August? This is unacceptable.

    @bt_uk @charl32647 Thatโ€™s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didnโ€™t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.

    @bt_uk Into day 9 now of no internet and no news after damage to cables on site here in Church Crookham! Our service providers give us no updates! When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach donโ€™t know how to fix it! ๐Ÿ˜‘
