Iโm going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesnโt show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

Theyโre completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate itโs distressing them!

Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
