    @bt_uk @BTCare Hi Team. I currently have the fibre 100 package (fibre to home) however I seem to experience severe performance issues when we have 2 laptops running in the apartment. Could you please contact / send a wii fii boaster possibly ?

    Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At Β£36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within β€œ2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT πŸ˜–

    @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is ridiculously overpaying for her home phone and broadband, your idea of rewarding loyalty was getting it down to Β£90! Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails
