    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    Thanks to @bt_uk and their useless move service I’m now going to be without internet for a total of almost 3 weeks. I can’t work as the minihub connection they’ve provided as an interim can’t handle video calls. I’ve had to cancel 15 meetings and 3 presentations.

    @bt_uk Also BT call protect doesn't work with mobile phones. I'm getting 2 or 3 every day. Imagine the amount of old people getting taken in by the scammers. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

    @bt_uk Good morning,I upgraded my broadband in December and returned my old hub as instructed at the beginning of January, I am receiving emails and texts to say I have not returned this? I have retained my tracking receipt from the post office, any help much appreciated.

    @bt_uk Hi bt, would just like to follow up... the issue I had, was with my bt TV box going into deep sleep... I swapped it 12>1am, and tested it again... and it kicked me off online gaming at 1am... so whenever my TV box goes into deep sleep, it cuts my Internet connection for a moment

    @DJ_Daymos @bt_uk I’ve got old BT equipment for the last 5-6 years. I would return things but the engineers never have the packing I need to return to items. It would be ideal if the engineers could take the old tech away with them.
