Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

@bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

@kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

@bt_uk Lol, even worse is the BTSport App! Unless you can stream 1080p then it buffers. So along with my shitty WiFi I also have a frozen picture during sports. SkySports app lowers the quality so atleast you don't miss moments and can still hear what's happening. Fix your ****

Is there an award for the worst customer service experience, combined with obfuscation, procrastination and incompetence @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach if not there should be. What makes it worse is that the people who actually have to deal with the customers are great!

@muskysman @bt_uk @parcelforce I've called parcelforce. They said they had it down for collection on the 14th but nothing showing on their system to say it's been collected. Depending on the time it was collected would affect when you would receive it. BT can you confirm when parcelforce collected the ps5s?

Well @bt_uk have excelled yet again! After a month of lying to me about promised engineers and me explaining exactly what the issue is, they send an engineer out who cant do the work we need because it's not something he deals with! Classic.. 4 weeks to send the wrong engineer...
