    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk I'm in a zone 1 south london location. Every post code around me has fibre or fast broadband available. My location offers nothing but very slow service. (8-16Mb) The same postcode has quite a few businesses and flats. Adjacent postcodes have fast connections.

    @bt_uk Just ordered BT broadband today but currently within 14days of joining Vodaphone. I have until 1st December to cancel but BT line doesn’t activate until 7th. Thanks

    Signed up for @btsport to watch the footy on a 3 month trial. And it’s honestly worse than any dodgy stream I’ve ever seen. Not a chance I’m paying for this **** after the trial. Stops and starts constantly. Absolute trash!

    @btsport it’s incredibly frustrating to pay for your service and then be told I need to set it up or add it to my package. Happens all the time. Switching between Sky Sports and BT Sports sometimes “fixes” it - but not today. Help!

    @bt_uk thanks for checking I had a call from BT and got this resolved. Thanks for checking. I’ve decided to join BT for broadband, do you know if there’s any chance of speeding up the activation date? I’ve been given just over 2 weeks, but I have less than 14 days to cancel my current.
