Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Wow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

@bt_uk Yes, was reported yesterday after broadband went down, hybrid system was working but that failed this afternoon. They are left relying on mobiles which, for a couple in their 70s is ridiculous. My father in law is on oxygen 24/7 so they need a reliable phone line 24/7 as well

@bt_uk That's irrelevant, they've paid for a phone service that hasn't worked for 2 days. The hybrid system is marketed as “unbreakable" but has failed 2 days after being installed, not exactly confidence inspiring!

@bt_uk So. I log in. I click “my BT” to go to “your homepage”. I have “complete Wi-Fi” listed in the “your offers” section. I click “get complete wifi”. Tells me I have no personalised offers. Poor.

@bt_uk Can you advise why after a customer complains about your service in an effort to improve it… all you do is send an email saying the complaint is closed without any explanation or feedback? Have you been taken over by talk talk or Virgin by any chance?
