We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
