    @BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @bt_uk Yes there has been a problem with changing the package but that’s just the tip of the iceberg it’s getting beyond a joke. Every time we speak with someone they don’t have a clue or they cut off the phone! Initially someone spoke about upgrading the packaging to which she agreed

    @bt_uk on hold for 30:17mins just to be told my 90yr old father’s landline has been cut off due to unpaid bill. This, after he had been reassured bill was paid. Shocking treatment of the elderly & unacceptable customer service. Why do we have to put up with this?

    @bt_uk what has happened to your customer service? My broadband is down due to a broken drop wire caused by @WeAreOpenreach engineer fixing a drooping drop wire next door. Appointment 15th no show. OK now 17th. No show. 18th no show! Sir defo 19th...16.30 now and guess what!!

    @btsport how can I manage devices ? There is a link to the help page but does not tell you where to find your devices. Cant see it in the BT Sport app or in online. Unable to watch to watch the footie. Not good.
