@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Thanks to the AMAZING service provided by @bt_uk, back on 1Mbps download, and 0.2Mbps upload. I live 4.4miles from Big Ben. There are fibre cabinets 100m away, but for whatever reason, BT won't connect us. Well, @GNetworkComms has just put in fibre. All other providers as bad.

@btsport disgruntled subscriber to both BTsport and a BTBroadband customer. Just bit a new 55 LG TV and I cannot load the app because if a licensing issue you have with them. Also tried screen mirroring which is blocked. So I pay you a subscription and can’t watch in my own home!
