@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@GrahamRoberts4 I don't ever remember so much analysis and zooming in over and over again on any other penalty decision either on @btsport or @SkySports. If same had happened last night, Pohba penalty would never have been given.
