@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk Frequently unable to access my email account and now also My BT, apparently unable to recognise my user name or password. A couple of days ago I was locked out of my account. Thus happens far too often, and when you do get in service is incredibly slow and clunky to use.

@bt_uk Really?? BT is having a major issue with access to both email and the My BT app, so not sure you guys are really over the "****" in the week - did someone pull out a plug they shouldn't have or something? 🙄
