  • jlarsson89
Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

  • jlarsson89
Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  • martinc1970
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

  • tweetsfromben
Ben Isaacs 🚨NFLhistorybook.com🚨 (@tweetsfromben) reported from Bromley, England

@JackHumphreyKM @espnplayer @ESPNUK @btsport When Boise wins by 20 tomorrow I’m blocking you and deleting these tweets so my awful prediction technically doesn’t exist

  • OL_Vision
Omid 👨🏻‍💻 (@OL_Vision) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@btsportfootball @btsport Fix your Ultimate channels it's 4mins gone in the match and I'm still watching ads? It's been 8mins of ads.

  • gains_guru
sarvar mojgani (@gains_guru) reported from Bromley, England

@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

  • original_addick
Graham Allen (@original_addick) reported from South Darenth, England

Hey this is bad practice @bt_uk @BBCNews disgusted to get a call today from BT trying to sell me BT Halo and using challenges of internet demand during Covid as a sales technique.

  • DartfordTown
Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England

Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

  • silverback1809
Shane Pender (@silverback1809) reported from Bromley, England

@btsport I’ve cancelled my DD. Now you’ve emailed me. I’ve tried contacting you via here and phone but no luck. I want to cancel my subscription

@weatherbraine @bt_uk @Ofcom We went away from BT due to their service. Who in their right mind uses Evri?

  • MrAndyMich

@bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what I’m saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.
