Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

I want to say a huge thank you to @bt_uk for sorting out my broadband issue so quickly. I reported a fault with my hub on Wednesday at 3pm and by 11am Thursday a new hub was delivered and working. Very impressed by your customer service. Take note @SkyUK, this is how it's done.

@bt_uk Believe me, I’ve done all that. Now assured service will be live by Midnight Monday !! One day to switch off and 5 days to switch on. Crazy, and all BT’s fault. No point in talking to anyone else, as ‘the system’ won’t allow any quicker action.

@bt_uk That was implied, but doesn't help. I was sent multiple confirmations that the appt. would go ahead, plus a video showing how to prep for it, which I had to confirm I watched. I don't now know what is going on, and the tracker says I will move to the new (more exp.) pkg today.
