Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.
