    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

    Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @bt_uk Hi! It has been sorted for us now thanks. We managed to get through to someone by phone. We are having internet issues with you on a near weekly basis so I'm sure it wont be long before we have to get back in touch with you unfortunately! @LuckyWaster

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @KevinCowan @bt_uk I’ve had this email telling me they’ve updated the email service. It’s clearly playing utter havoc with the system. There was an essential two phase authentication. Emails are disappearing and I can’t search! Mail boxes no longer sync to the iPhone app either. It’s ridiculous.
