@JulieAnnMulvey @bt_uk 4 days? You're lucky. We've been without a service for 11 days with 2 more days to go until a fix. We've had 4 appointments but no one fixed it or turned up. Been given 7 "fix by" dates. Keep closing the issue as fixed, when it hasn't.
