@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk BT needs to have better communication systems in place to deal with more challenging technical issues. Due to a lack of communication and understanding of the account, I third telephone line was going to be set-up. It is difficult to reach the advisor with knowledge of the issue.

@tyke34 Looked at @ee too and their site says we can’t have landline either as says we don’t have a line at home? We do, but I assume it’s via voip with @bt_uk as have a special box that converts it to analogue phone signal for old cordless.
