We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error.
