So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk I managed to get through to Mark @ Doncaster who has cancelled the account. I don't see why I should be liable for my latest bill and any final additional costs when I have tried to cancel this account for a month haven't even been using the service. I will not be paying it.

@bt_uk can you confirm that your new method of customer retention is to simply cut them off after 15 minutes on hold to the cancellation line? Tried twice today. Cancelling after 2 engineer appointments made with no on showing up. No broadband since start of October!
