And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

pmolloy (@hairy_chef) reported from Bromley, England@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.
