I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
