@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk It if wasn’t for my hybrid I would have had had no internet yesterday and the call centre guy had me old hold for 10 mins while he was “running tests” and then cut me off, my neighbour had the same issues but she has no hybrid so she got a refund on her account nothing for me

@bt_uk The problem isn't something you will be able to help with. One of my Simpler Networks powerline adapters stopped working. Totally dead. Probably the fuse. I removed the four screws to check but it still won't open. I wanted to know if there's a catch, or a fifth screw I missed.
