My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. When I questioned it they said "there were issues with installing the line so we had to charge you more" and I said "no there wasn't?" and they said "oh ok sry"

Jason Hughes (@DrBaldo) reported@bt_uk Yesterday line went dead (no dial tone), raised fault and it's back. I missed important meetings (no BB) and it was stressful as estimated fix was 3-4 days! I have Halo but no mention of 4G hub from you. Am I meant to have one on standby or do you courier for each fault?
