    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    Hi @btsport @virginmedia Dolby Atmos sound on BT Sport Ultimate is sounding horrible on live football. Difficult to describe but it sounds artificial and filtered. Sounds completely normal when Atmos switched off. Any change of a tweak?

    @bt_uk I am a new customer - went live yesterday.Landline can make calls but fault incoming ‘this number is not accepting incoming calls at this time’.Tech support useless last night. They are supposed to be calling today. Heard nothing. Not a great start.

    @bt_uk Broadband package upgraded 2 weeks ago, new kit received, no problems. Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Assured twice that letter and emails sent in
