    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk I’m unable to connect to my btinternet account. Can you confirm what the problem is and when it is likely to be fixed? Looking at the @btcomplainer account this seems to be a widespread problem so I’m surprised there is no mention about this on your @twitter account?

    @bt_uk Waiting for that too - “Your fault has now been submitted to our engineers, you will receive an estimated fix time within the next 48 hours”. Oh and can’t log in to “my BT” website - that’s broken as well this morning.
