    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk have been overcharging me for a year, and 6 months of that they have broken the agreement they made with @OmbudServices. Then I call cancellations. Who put me thru to billing. Surprisingly billing don't do cancellations.....🙈

    @xainth @IanDunt @bt_uk This isn't correct. The padlock symbol on a website *only* signifies that the connection between your computer and the web server is encrypted. Any website can be configured to support encrypted connections.

    Shoutout to @bt_uk for guaranteeing us 35mb/s wifi, realising a couple of weeks later that they can't actually offer us 35mb/s and discretely cancelling our contract without telling us 👌 top lads. 1/10 service. Lovely

    @btbusinesscare Day number 2, no Internet because you cut us off in error, I was on the phone yesterday close to 4 hours trying to get someone to fix the problem. We are trying to run a business, can someone please sort this out!
