It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

I had the same run-around from Oct to Dec last year, got lucky and finally got someone who wasn't happy with what was going on and she took it on board to get my problem fixed. Openreach were asking me to contact BT with their findings after home visits!!
