    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

    @btbusinesscare @norfsidegunn Mmmm terrible is one of the biggest company and they can’t connect people, basically bring a cable from A to B, I think the best thing to do is to send how to connect cable to the ousted this will make the connection faster.

    Can someone from @bt_uk explain to me why the engineer which was sent to my home has filed my complaint/fault as 'fault fixed' even though he said i need an external engineer to come sort the issue. Im done with the persistent terrible service ive been provided.

    I signed up to @btsport 3 weeks ago on their rolling contract. I got an email today saying next month it will go up by 20%. Do you really expect me not to just cancel my contract with you straight away? You haven't gained £5 a month but lost £25. Well done 👍👍

    Internet's still well and truly fcuked! Reset the lot, changed passwords but still won't sign in, restricted to what websites will load up, and the kids can't even sign into their gaming servers... An absolute disgrace from @bt_uk and no-one can resolve the issue either 😠😠😠

    @bt_uk Of the 6 wifi speed checkers only one says I'm getting the correct speeds. It just happens to be @bt_uk . I'd laugh if it wasn't so annoying i'm paying over £60 a month for tripe service. Need this sorting asap. 3 months of this crap is enough

    @bt_uk Hi, yes i had to open a 2nd complaint to get a response. Just been told that the guaranteed speeds i have of 425mbs are only if the connection to the hub is wired. I'm sat beside new hub with only my phone connected and only getting 35mbs and told that's just how it is
