Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

And when you do get on the internet its got no information on the Fault tracker at all. Just says it will be fixed on the 23rd......you can see the problem with that....
