    Bt account on my iPad/iphone @bt_uk stopped downloading mail yesterday. Anyone got this problem? Deleted account, reinstalled, changed password - web based accountfine. Still get message on iPad/iPhone ‘wrong User name or password’ when try reinstall. Yahoo option not allowed now

    @bt_uk Eventually after 50 mins I was answered. Just don’t understand how BT can insist on changing my plan and increasing my monthly charge by £4.50 with my only way to change it being to call you and you don’t answer. Complaint raised and subsequently closed.

    @bt_uk plusnet Cowboy Comedians. The modern day highwayman will take yr money and run, will not provide and will always hide, not responding 2 yr issues. 2 wks No service=No compensation=No reply from CEO's=No customer service. waiting 39 months they have no cash 2 pay up. Avoid!

    @btsport is one of the worst companies I have seen in recent times. Makes it so tough for customers to buy their products. You can watch through an App, but only on Samsung TVs. You can buy a monthly package on Sky, but you have to pay £35 activation fee, and the list goes on !
