@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk Having already restarted the router and hub, switched off the computers and then made tea, I’ve come back to find that despite all that, the Internet is not reaching the property. The hub is outputting a signal to which I’m connected, but nothing beyond.
