Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@TalkTalk to which talktalk has failed to get a grip of my situation & sort it out, all compounded by awful communication: stark contrast to my neighbours who are with @skyinternet & @bt_uk who have been so much better with them. They're all back online. I, a month on, am not. Appalling.

@bt_uk @Ofcom I'd urge anyone to avoid BT at all costs. Worst customer service ever experienced and terrible behaviour when trying to leave. Clearly says a change in circumstances voids any contract yet moving home BT seem to think holds me to contract. Unfortunately not
