Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England
@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Ditton, England
Woke up today hoping that @bt_uk broadband might have sorted itself out, but nooooo. Day 5 with no service/in-out/worst speeds ever.

Graham Allen (@original_addick) reported from South Darenth, England
Hey this is bad practice @bt_uk @BBCNews disgusted to get a call today from BT trying to sell me BT Halo and using challenges of internet demand during Covid as a sales technique.

Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England
Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England
Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
-
caroline auckland (@callyauckland) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England
. @bt_uk there seems to be a problem with sending and forwarding emails. Is this a common issue?
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England
@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.
-
Craig Stone (@stone_craig) reported from Gillingham, England
@Adamdrew1979 @btsport @TheVanaramaNL Having the same issue mate and during the dartford game the streaming just stops for the last 10 mins and says I’ve ran out of time! Shambles!!!
-
Pete (@PeteMcCaffery20) reported from Rochester, England
@bt_uk I appreciate your message, however after speaking to 9 advisors you won't be able to help either. I have emailed your CEO.

Seb St John (@SebStJohn1) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England
At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

-
Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England
@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening
-

My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England
Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

Prav Patel (@PravPatel_) reported from Manchester, England
@bt_uk are your internet services down in Manchester?
