Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
