We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

Moved to vodafone 2 months ago, 3rd the price for 3rd the speed - a reliable 30mbps but that is all I need. I used to get on avg 30mbps with virgin for 3x the price.

@bt_uk I used to be able to report mobile faults through the ee network status page but it now says I need a valid ee number. Is this intended? How can I report faults now? I don't see a similar page for bt. There are regularly issues in my area and now no way to report them.
