Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

@bt_uk Our upload has lowered to as low as 0.26 Mbps, tested on multiple devices whilst the "lag" was happening. The connected has never been the same since next door had service installed and the joint outside was replaced, old speeds were 50/12 vs low averages of 20/4 at lowest now.
-
l (@irnbruicecream) reported
@bt_uk @EE day 3, still without broadband after BT decided to disconnect me, was sent a mini hub which is only any good for the laptop, can’t connect phones or xboxes. Phoned for an update and no record of order to reconnect, terrible service from BT

@bt_uk It's nice that you're sending an engineer (again) but are you going to refund my father any of the £70/month you have been charging him for at best an intermittent and ridiculously slow service. I'm shocked that you are willing to take advantage of a pensioner in this way.
-
Gary Hughes (@GaryNHughes) reported
@bt_uk They are coming to fix it tomorrow!
-
hello-klol (@hello_klol) reported
@bt_uk I can't get over how much you've continued to increase prices for him over the years as he continued to complain, each time promising the next package up will solve his problems while all the while knowing there's a fault on the line
