Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@bt_uk He said the green box fibre optic is broken outside, and didn’t give me a date when it was going to be fixed and also didn’t tell me today he was arriving so I guess it’s another surprise visit next time which I don’t know when it will be , issue is still on going not fixed
