Thanks to a broken Sky dish I'm having to watch the BTSport version of Gillette Soccer Saturday.... it's like watching the BDO darts once the PDC has finished.

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

@btsport you’ve hyped that fight up for over two weeks making this absolutely piss poor opponent a challenge for DDD, this idiot wasn’t even amateur! Proper rubbish boxing on BT again, taking nothing away from DDD can only beat what’s in front of him

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Sure. I've had the joy of spending an hour a day for 3 weeks on your customer service lines, with no success and a lot of false promises, so not sure if fixing via Twitter would make me happier or even more cross...

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp hi I’ve been facing an internet issue for awhile now. Contractors installed fttp down my area and redirected my service somewhere else. It has now been reconnected but speeds are so low it’s unusable. I’ve had 5 engineers now. Please help.

@btbusinesscare Hello, it’s now a week without either landline and your engineer (definitely coming between 8 and 1) simply hasn’t shown up. Do we go to @Ofcom or simply cancel the contract as you seem incapable of providing a service?

@bt_uk Thanks Steph but there is absolutely nothing that BT can do until Friday apparently, it’s funny how you can switch it off just like that but you need an engineer to fix it and that can take 2 to 3 days, excellent service eh??

Hey @bt_uk! Quick question: what does it mean to be high priority one? Apparently my complaint/order was elevated to that a week ago but still nothing has been fixed. I keep on getting told OpenReach know what the issue is and it’ll be 48 hours - but this was 1,344 hours ago…
-

@bt_uk So here’s the thing. A household waste lorry knocked down the telegraph pole on out street on Friday but my neighbour has just spent 45 minutes in the phone to BT to ask when the whole street will get their phone and internet back, only to be told that BT didn’t knock it down 1/2

@XboxGamePass will you tell @bt_uk to sell your game pass properly. Paying for it but don't have it and now been on phone 35 minutes so far to not fix it. Something so simple made so complicated by @bt_uk yet again.
