    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    This lady reading out the full time scores is bloody awful. She’s clueless. She said Sheff Wed beat Plymouth despite the graphic clearly saying it’s a latest score. And she doesn’t read the home/away teams in the correct order. Come on @btsport get it sorted. @btsportscore

    @bt_uk Internet is that slow I crnt stream anything, Netflix, amazing ect, even on my phone it just freezes every 8 seconds while it buffers, been like this on and off for weeks, tried on the phone and on chat to get some help but nothing they ever did worked and just got fobbed off
