@alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No-one is more reliable, sadly. When it works, BT is good. When it goes wrong, it's terrible.

  • tea_dregs JK (@tea_dregs) reported

@bt_uk How about making all UK calls free for at least the 48 hours of Christmas Day and Boxing Day? Many of the elderly and needy are lonely but not in contracts with inclusive calls. These are the folk who often have noone nearby to support them

  • Alamacadoo Catriona Horsburgh (@Alamacadoo) reported

@alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I’ve had an open complaint with them since October. Several failed visits and they cut my phone line off by accident. So another visit on Tuesday. Except I haven’t received a new router. So we’ll see. I hope you get your problem sorted soon!

  • ironman_gaz Gareth Wilson (@ironman_gaz) reported

@bt_uk I’ve spent over 6 hours on hold over the past week trying to speak to your connections team on that number. The last two days I’ve been promised updates which I’m still waiting on. Your customer service is a bit of a joke to be fair.

  • ItsTimDixon Tim Dixon (@ItsTimDixon) reported

@bt_uk Day 6 Scott. These extremely important Christmas zoom calls are now only a few days away. Assuming your technical colleagues at the exchange are working on the issues over this weekend?

  • ProfJuneG June Girvin 😷 (@ProfJuneG) reported

@alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Go for it. That's lucky! Remember when I moved house last year and was without broadband for 12 weeks? It sucks.
