    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @bt_uk That's if I can get into my now TV package so I can turn on or off what I want I can't do that on the now my BT app keeps coming up that is got network problems on the app

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk There's nothing you can do it's not BT problem and it's not my problem also I'm in the contracts I have to look at other options I spoke to my neighbours in My Block and I did not know that majority of them have got Freesat an to neighbours have got and two of neighbours have sky

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

    @bt_uk Have your letter asking me to move to 'new BT TV'. No problem-except for my account with Now TV. They advise if you 'merge' my account with them into my BT TV account, I will only be able to watch Now TV via the BT Box app on my TV and not the app on my tablet-is this correct?

    @bt_uk There's no fault on the line, it was the cordless phone base unit. My mum had pulled the cable and it wasn't connecting properly. Sorry for the trouble I've caused

    @bt_uk I was told at sign up my wife would be sufficient with out upgrade. I wanted my wife installed at the front of the house near the devices it wasn’t due to Covid. I upgraded my package with you to the 300 no help. I asked for complaint dept to email he said they won’t.
