Listening to @jjenas8 on @btsport is sickening. Such a pony commentator with terrible opinions on the game.

  • jugolotus Jules Ugo (@jugolotus) reported from Camberwell, England

Just enjoyed blood-curdling levels of horrendous customer service from @bt_uk arrogant and rude beyond belief.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • MMAassault1 MMAssault (@MMAassault1) reported from Grays, England

@John_Hartford I remember watching the fight but I don't remember that and BTSport cancel swearing most of the time.

    @lee4ord @btsport @SkySports Not a bad shout

  • R4T3D_R7 R4T3D_R7 (@R4T3D_R7) reported from Poplar, England

@Sidchopsmum @btsport You won’t be able to cancel. Instead they will review it on a monthly basis

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  • RotarianZena Rotarian Zena (@RotarianZena) reported from Halstead, England

  • dickster0103 Richard Easton (@dickster0103) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

  • erskineandrew Andrew Erskine (@erskineandrew) reported from Sevenoaks, England

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

Hi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

  • AlexGTech1 Alex Gear & Tech (@AlexGTech1) reported

@btbusinesscare No point, customer service already told me I can’t get better speeds. Ordered a 5G router from Three

  • shruggey shruggey.eth (@shruggey) reported

In an act of "make sure this customer NEVER uses us again", @bt_uk charged me a 57p cancelation fee because today is 31 days until my contract ends and you have to give them, apparently, exactly 30 days notice. Also must be done via phone.

  • photographyrsp Rob S Photography (@photographyrsp) reported from Porth, Wales

Dear @bt_uk It has been over week since I’ve had a mobile signal at home! My postcode is CF39 9HL - I had to find out for myself that maintenance is being carried out to rectify a problem, what’s happening now? Also, will I get a refund? Thank you!
