Your shit service has been more than shocking.
If you treat a new customer like this who is still within the 14-day cooling off period I dread to think how you treat those who are stuck in a contract.
.@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days.
I was originally told 24 hours.
Advisors clearly make things up.
@BTCare I have recently had trouble with my Internet connections. So I have repeatedly been onto your site for help. Today an engineer came around to repair my connection and he left about 30 mins ago claiming the problem was solved. It has not been and my connection is 1/?
@revPACman @BTCare @Microsoft It’s exactly what I had. Have you been into settings? Our WiFi didn’t work this evening and it had slipped off our network again ... grrrr! Once I clicked back on it, it was OK.
@revPACman @BTCare I had the same for months. My son eventually did something and it works better now. It’s something to do with older technology. I just never knew when internet would come back. It seemed to help if I switched my mobile off though!
@BTCare @bt_uk If BT ever tell you a manager will call you don’t expect it to happen. They will call your phone and hang up after 1or2 rings so the number is registered in your phone and say you didn’t answer!! Liars and terrible service.
Well done again @BTCare - another fine example of customer service excellence. Web chat unable to help gave me a phone number to call where I’ve been calling with no answer for 15+ minutes so far.
Paying for 50mb broadband, receiving 2.6mb at best.

But Tyson hasn’t had a proper row in nearly three years. Saturday was a spar. Panieta crude, slow, unambitious. Fury fit and fast.

@BTCare Now or in another 48 hours? We first called your people on Sunday. They misdiagnosed a hub fault. It’s now Wednesday and we still have no broadband and no internet connection. Can you guarantee if I contact that address they will fix it immediately? I need better service from BT.

@BTCare my Wi-fi has been on and off all day now the router has an orange light and won’t connect at all. Called but was told to call back in 5 hours as systems are down. Checked online and there’s no issue in my area. What am I supposed to do?
@BTCare So it seems - an utter scandal given yahoo, who provide this email service, offer it entirely free. She doesn’t want to keep her account but does want her password reset so she can go in and download her emails and take them elsewhere.
Hey @BTCare I live in SW12 and my broadband has cut off multiple times in the last 90 mins. Your service line says my area isn't affected, I did troubleshooting with my router and its fine - what's going on?
@BTCare Unable to receive any BT TV subscription channels on TV or via BT app after setting up new BT TV box. System says I have no subscription channels? Have tried cust service, but minimum of 2 days for a call back to even start?????
@BTCare Hi, cancelled BT Sport in March as i am on Virgin. Your staff call me, don’t speak most of the time & your live chat lady admits you have not cancelled correctly. Promised call back today 2-9, nothing. Very poor
@BTCare I cancelled my email with you b4 you put price up however have had notification of money owed I can’t use other methods of communication as I don’t have any other products therefor don’t have an account number I have previously spoke to 2 overseas agents to cancel
@BrianDrian @BTCare Would you believe a complaint was logged almost three months ago; nothing has happened with it other than a letter about a month ago apologising for the length of time dealing with it!
@BTCare BT DontCare - so another day of broken promise. Stayed in awaiting a call which would happen before 9pm. Nothing. 2 day wasted for something which should be simple. What does a customer have to do to get help.
@OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission
