@bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

@bt_uk Why has BT now made landlines useless without people consuming and paying for more electricity to power a Smart Hub 24/7 ? It makes no sense. People should be using less electricity, not more! This “Digital Voice” service just seems so pointless and wasteful.

@bt_uk - Had a problem with the Internet connection since last night. Just been informed that there's a network fault. Also been told that it won't be fixed until "end of Thursday". HOW is this acceptable to you? Customer service didn't even agree to a refund for loss of service!
