    @bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

    @LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

    @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

    @bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    For 245 elapsed days or 8 months now, I have been in “dispute” around my cancellation of the @BTsport package. The actions taken by @BT_UK @BTSport presume and treat me guilty, despite trying to actively resolve this matter for now 8 months

    @bt_uk I was told that your policies are to provide different upgrade prices to different existing customers. A neighbour is getting a better service for £10/pm less than I was offered, but it was impossible to give me the same price.

    @btsport I’ve tried that before. It doesn’t tell you how to fix it, just how it occurred. The only “fix” it suggests is to wait, which isn’t working properly. I appreciate you need a strict policy to prevent piracy but it’s that strict it’s preventing genuine, paying users from watching.

    @bt_uk I have checked the database and registered interest yes. I honestly wonder if it is some oversight or issue in the database since it is a very central place with fibre nearby.

    @bt_uk we don't have any internet in RG40 area. I can't find a way to check if services are down on your website (except only if I have my landline number - who below the age of 30 knows this). We tried the old restart, unplug etc

    @MrBenRice @btsport They're just clever in how they advertise it. My bill says 'Sky Sports - Complete' but there's also a separate 'Sky Sports - HD' charge. It's bundled together as 'HD as standard' but it's still broken down separately for billing.
