I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around.
