I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in.
