    @bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

    Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

    @btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

    @bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

    @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

    @bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

    @bt_uk terrible customer service - broadband down and told we have to wait for 2 weeks for an engineer and there is nothing that can be done, have a teenager in his GCSE year and all his homework is online. Please advise. Very disappointed by level of service and care.

    @bt_uk DM just now and debt team i do not want Thersa contacting me i want sonebody else (if she is zyslosed to as one saya she is one not) .didnt treat my disabilities and was left with no broadband service again when on priority care.i dont want heart attack with her ringing.

    @bt_uk as someone who also works in customer service you must be hands down the worst incompetent bunch of feckless morons around, when someone rings it’s an hour wait and when you raise a fault and expect help it doesn’t arrive because you’re advisors just bullshit the customer

    @bt_uk In touch with customer services Friday 2nd over an insane charge of £35 for my son going over his 24gb allowance by 0.3mb. Told by BT rep that we could get a better deal by switching to EE. Sims arrived today, PAC codes hadn’t been registered 1/2
