Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

@bt_uk mother in laws phone has had an outage now for 6 days she’s 88 and vulnerable we keep reporting fault but BT do nothing and now there’s a fault on the fault reporting line, you couldn’t make it up! Get a grip BT

I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

""we will fix it on 2 days"". next day another staff tell you oh we promise in two month. then if it doesn't work, they will say the expert is coming to help you but next month. most staff you speak with are not idiot,but not expert

@OpenreachHelp Hi. I've had an engineer visit the property last week and installed the fibre to the property. The modem has green lights and @bt_uk has sent a router however I've been told the activation date won't be till January. I've been waiting since 4th December. Please help.

Outrageous service from @bt_uk 2nd failed appointment to my 81 year old father. Today you didn't turn up, no phone call or text. I spent over an hour on the phone to you this morning to rearrange. The NHS can role out covid vaccine to the elderly, surely you can turn up!
