    @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

    3rd day without internet now. All @bt_uk have said is that we can upgrade our internet package and they can help then. If we don’t then have to wait until Tuesday before we can even get a further update. No idea when it will be repaired. 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk yet another week has passed and no communication from BT re internet connection save for an engineer who called to say he was nearly at my flat when I was at work. Simply being advised in advance would have allowed me to be at home. No service yet again

    Heads up to anyone considering taking out an account with @bt_uk - just don't bother. Unless you fancy battling their awful customer service. Honestly, my mum is the loveliest person in the world and to see the stress they've caused these past few weeks makes my blood boil.

    @bt_uk assured me the issue was sorted 2 weeks ago. Just trying to contact them to tell them that the WiFi disc they are demanding I return and will charge me for if I don’t was installed as part of our new WiFi package on Sunday

    @bt_uk We pay for fiber optic, we were getting 60mb/s minimum download initially and now we're scraping to get 6mb/s. This is the second time that our Internet speeds have gone down over time. It's like you deliberately take signal away from loyal customers and hope they don't complain.
