    @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

    @BTCare Apparently it isn’t anything to do with the order team it is a technical issue and will take another 48hrs to resolve. Had this been done 4 days ago I may actually have the service I requested

    @BTCare Yes. You’ve cocked up the transfer of my phone and broadband. Without service for 4 days so far and told won’t be resolved for up to another 7. All BTs fault but no one is willing to try to go above and beyond to sort it out…

    @bt_uk We have no landline, no tv & no broadband connection. We have bt halo but very weak signal. It is not up to speed to stream or to allow me to work from home. Also as halo is wireless we cannot use it to set up the tv box for even basic channels and we also pay for extra channels.

I’m with @bt_uk and this past week has been nothing but stressful with the inconsistency internet speeds especially during this transition from mixer to twitch. Constant drops & high ping happening randomly throughout the day, so streams duration have varied massively
