@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

@bt_uk I pleaded with your customer service team that I can not afford the this type of broadband and wished to be put onto the most basic, slowest speed as I don’t need it nor can afford it. But I got £6 off for removing sky movies.

Why does @bt_uk have the worst customer service? I am paying against the odds for the services I currently get. In fact if I cancelled my BT and went back to them for the same deal it would be CHEAPER.
