    @btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

    @BTSport @EE Well I will never move from Sky to you Allthe trouble we have tryingto obtain youis so frustrating going to cancel my EE subscription with you and might. Move to another supplier Reason to many streams well what do you expect when. It Man U Extremely disappointed

    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    Not often you can report amazing service from @bt_uk but 3 hrs ago I reported a fault and the engineer has already been and fixed the broken cable! Well done @bt_uk

    @Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.

    @bt_uk No internet in Hampshire area is it currently down. looking like mass outages with down detector been on hold for 40+ mins as a self employed business I need the Internet more than ever.

    @BTCare I called support this afternoon to sort out an extremely weird data breach involving a deliveroo driver asking for Wi-fi passwords, the member of your team I spoke to was brilliant, they were understanding and went through steps to try and help the situation

    Just wanted to say Laura from @bt_uk has been great at keeping me updated with issues. Even though I’m not pleased at the length of time it’s going to take to fix this issue, at least there’s communication and some relief that it’s getting resolved.. for now anyway..

    @bt_uk changed broadband from ee to bt full fibre - was brilliant for a while and then we saw a bt engineer at our neighbours house installating full fibre. Even since then ours has been rubbish! Not loading, being really slow now having to use our data #noton

    @bt_uk Hi BT, we have BT fibre which has been down since last night. Had a text message to say there has been a fault detected and since fixed but still isn't working despite resets etc. From what ai understand this is effecting local residents. Any ideas when this will be up?
