And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Utterly infuriating that without warning you stopped the service because of a debt that only your computer says existed. It should not take months to resolve an error made by one of your colleagues.
