@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Are BT the worst telecom company in the UK? Over 11% rise in bill with no communication or explanation, over an hour to get through to someone & cut off after a minute with operator @BTCare. "Exceptionally busy" 24/7 or understaffed to max profit & cut off disgruntled customers?

@bt_uk im so sick of bt sport ps5 app, constantly stops with error code VC19, sound is way out of sync always. It’s the only app on the console with this issue and it’s been like this for 18 months now. When is it going to be fixed?? On your forum you admit you’ve no idea how to!
