    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

    @Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.

    @bt_uk holes in front room walls which then were poorly repaired. Customer care is shocking. Waiting for the 3rd attempt for them to call on the time bt arranged and guess what 3rd time still no call !!! Worst customer service 2/2
