@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

@bt_uk Have just spoken to an advisor who said the internet was not working had to explain it was because we only get mobile connections through the internet so it must be. Suggested I reboot it which I did and the phone now works. An advisor is to call me later
