    @BTCare Yeah this is where the problem arose, she pays £50 a month for her current services and looked to get a mobile where she failed a credit check but she can afford it she shouldnt be held back to get a good service from you without giving her a chance

    Shocking service on the live chat from @bt_uk mobile just now, My mum wanted to use them as her mobile provider and didn't really want to help try to make some allowances and she pays a hefty bill each month for her Broadband and Phone already #Shocking @BTCare

    @BTCare BT DontCare - so another day of broken promise. Stayed in awaiting a call which would happen before 9pm. Nothing. 2 day wasted for something which should be simple. What does a customer have to do to get help.

    @OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission
