    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

    @bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

    @bt_uk been on hold for 80 minutes. Are people actually manning the phone lines or should I call another time? Set up account today as new customer and all addresses are wrong with router and SIM being sent to wrong address 🙄

    @bt_uk Nope. Line was due to go in Thursday. Get a text saying live, but it wasn’t. Called Friday to report, resolution date Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday, now Tuesday . No information on what the issue is and now in lockdown where we are.

    @bt_uk I want to make a formal complaint and am reporting to ofcom. I have informed you I’ve left BT FOUR TIMES. I am still receiving bill demands that I don’t owe and now it’s gone as a default on my file. DO NOT USE BT THEY ARE COWBOYS.

    @bt_uk hi just BT halo 2 installed with 2 discs. Since installation our Sky Q box keeps disconnecting from the internet. Had Sky out and they say it’s a BT issue is this correct?
