    @Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.

    @btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @bt_uk Got a letter today telling me I need to update my security package from BT Virus Protect to Norton Security. FYI, while I did try BT Virus Protect a few years ago, I didn't like it, so reverted to my previous AV software. I've never used TrueKey at all.

    @bt_uk Day 12 since #BT mistakenly cancelled our account and still haven’t got us back our services. No call backs, no help whatsoever. Due to go into labour at anytime- hopefully will be able to get hold of some help with no Wi-fi, phone line and no mobile phone signal!

    @bt_uk Hi, when is you automated service back up and running. I usually phone to pay a bill and i cant get anywhere because the automated service is down for 'Improvements' and there is no option to speak to a human being.
