@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

@bt_uk So here’s the thing. A household waste lorry knocked down the telegraph pole on out street on Friday but my neighbour has just spent 45 minutes in the phone to BT to ask when the whole street will get their phone and internet back, only to be told that BT didn’t knock it down 1/2

@bt_uk After a month of having the hybrid package can confirm its useless. Our broadband went down for about 1 week so had to switch to the 4g, 2Mbps speeds! A joke. EE signal is good for our area (via EE website). 2Mbps better off using my phone hotspot.
