I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

All this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague

@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

@bt_uk But as mentioned on your website and from the conversation I had last Sunday with one of your agents, BT was supposed to provide this with my install as I am a fibre phone customer. Because I upgraded from FTTC to FTTP, my digital voice service was eligible for the BBU unit.

-

@bt_uk Worst decision I made was switching from Sky to BT TV. Upped the price by over 9% 1 month after my contract started, signal issues with HD channels (but fine via the TV) and some channels unavailable as my broadband speed that is reduced each contract renewal isn’t high enough

@bt_uk We’re having to use the back up now, since main service has been out since Oct 29th!! Providing back-up is no excuse for not manning the engineering ranks sufficiently.
