@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk so, I'm still waiting for BT to call me ref my fault & complaint. This was made on the 14th with further notes on the 17th,18th and now today, all without reply.Don't know what everyone else makes of this but I'd think very carefully before going with BT over Sky or Virgin

@bt_uk I have just signed up as I was experiencing terrible service from plusnet…only to find that the service direct from you is just as bad. Lost more than 4 hours on Saturday and intermittent since. As per plusnet, the issue is not at my end. Never was. Please sort out ASAP
