@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@frances_cutler @bt_uk I got through. It's an issue with the login details on BT email. They told me it was from their end so not to worry about hackers etc. Hope this helps.
