@bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

I’m sure you’ve all seen the beef now, but @bt_uk are unbelievable. Switched off our internet and landline with no communication, and have not fixed it, and even tried to charge us for “breaking contract” when they switched us off. And now are ignoring us, with no help at all.

@bt_uk after 40 years of landline with BT I have decided to move to another provider. Never experienced so many issues in the last month with line being cut off. No apologies and had to keep chasing and asking for refunds. BT you need to sort your customer service levels out
