@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

  • Kev_McLoughlin
Kevin McLoughlin (@Kev_McLoughlin) reported from West Molesey, England

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@bt_uk ‘upgraded’ to your new WIFI package with #disc. #HELP Can’t get disc to work. Flashing red light wherever in the house we put it. Why no online chat service attached to your #MYBT APP. Frankly, not inclined to phone & wait for hours for verbal help!

  • daisymcandrew

@Fraggle_D6 @afneil @SkyUK @BTCare Make sure you log a formal complaint and get compensation for every day of no service. Good luck!

  • WimperisDesigns
Niamh Wimperis (@WimperisDesigns) reported from Hammersmith, England

@bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

  • JackTeh96
Jack Teh (@JackTeh96) reported from Hammersmith, England

@jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

  • gooner1980luke
𝐀𝐅𝐂 𝐋𝐔𝐊𝐄 (@gooner1980luke) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@RobbieSavage8 commentating on @btsport at Rochdale v Newcastle and the crowd singing... “Roooobbie Savage is ******, Is a ******!!!” “Sheep sheep sheep *******!!!” “You’re shit scared of Shearer, Shit scared of Sheeeearer!!!”. 🤣🤣🤣

  • Pauljar58453395
Paul (@Pauljar58453395) reported from Hounslow, England

£14.95 per game. That’s just criminal. We should (none of us will) all cancel our membership for a month to make a stand. 😡🤬 #btsport #skysports #premierleague

  • londonsnewbie
Livvy (@londonsnewbie) reported from Hounslow, England

  • AzzyChill
Jobless Azzy (@AzzyChill) reported from Richmond, England

So the @bt_uk BT WiFi plot thickens. Reset the password, can login to the app but now can't login directly via captive portal in the browser. What auth are they running over there!?

  • Elliottrawstron
Elliott Rawstron (@Elliottrawstron) reported from Wandsworth, England

@bt_uk It’s just so poor. You’ve consistently made me upgrade, charged more money and it’s only made things worse.

  • Elliottrawstron
Elliott Rawstron (@Elliottrawstron) reported from Wandsworth, England

@bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

  • jamesvalero1977
James Valero (@jamesvalero1977) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@bt_uk @btsport Having issues with the UCL Champions League coverage on the BT sport app. LP103 error saying I have too many live streams running. I’m not currently streaming anything else??

  • RLBD1920

@bt_uk I commute earlier and later than that. If the website just worked then I wouldn’t have this issue

  • Phillip16484278
    Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.

  • Willtheman15
    Will (@Willtheman15) reported

@bt_uk your home hub for us went down at 10pm still down, down detector shows an outage yet literally no communication All the support pages are also saying down for maintenance, what is going on

  • Walesguy2

  • Bubbler_Ranx
    Lou Skunt (@Bubbler_Ranx) reported

@bt_uk just got a text that my phone bill is ready but I still can’t log into my account without giving my phone number. We’re getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. I’m not DMing and I’m not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?

  • eventhestarsuk
Even The Stars Music (@eventhestarsuk) reported

@bt_uk hey. Why are you charging me £84 for a package a new customer can now get for £35 and the best price you can offer me is £65 with a 24 month contract? Ripping off long-term customers is a very bad look

  • kcovophoto
    Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported

@bt_uk Everything in the house nowadays relies on internet and mine has been down all week. Your technician ordered the router -mine died through no fault of my own, your product stopped working - and BT is taking its time delivering new one Terrible #customerservice.

  • alreetson
    namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported

@bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Hey, I tell a lie. She received a cable by post that arrived the day before people came to wreck one of her utilities. Where is the recompense? Where? Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.

  • alreetson
    namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported

@bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?

  • _BudeBee
    BudeBee (@_BudeBee) reported

@bt_uk The person on 0330 1234 150 wouldn’t resolve the problem, cut me off while I was still speaking and rerouted me to a long queue for reporting issues.
