@bt_uk What's the best way to get help for Digital Voice? It's a week past activation date, and it's still not working. I've run through the web checker a couple of times, it says activated but detects a fault. Tried SMS version, rebooted multiple times etc. 1/2

@bt_uk I managed to get through to Mark @ Doncaster who has cancelled the account. I don't see why I should be liable for my latest bill and any final additional costs when I have tried to cancel this account for a month haven't even been using the service. I will not be paying it.

@bt_uk This didn’t age well today did it? Maybe your senior management aren’t aware that the customer support team are told to close complaints once they’ve contacted the customer? Despite the problem not being resolved. Please look into this practice
