Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

Hey @BTCare (Catherine S is super helpful!) my elderly Dad has a landline through @TalkTalk & they are truly awful. Can I port his account/line & crucially his number to BT? He’s terminally ill and we cannot risk a number change as all family, hospitals & carers have it.

  • garsimpson Grant Simpson (@garsimpson) reported

@bt_uk complete wifi equip arrived, need 3 disks as enjineer advised after 3 trips to fix line. When ordering adv only 1 disk to be sent but more available. As order open until 2 June can’t send more disks. no WiFi . Raised complaint adv text would be sent to me . Nothing !!!!

  • FerrariCharlie Jeremy L (@FerrariCharlie) reported

@PaulCowland_ @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I have similar issues with just my home system and the router is sat there flashing orange quite often! Also have a sound problem with my BT-TV where the sounds mutes about every 20 seconds.. a so called rep sent by BT experienced the fault then said he’s never had it before!

  • RomerosZombie Scott J Romero (@RomerosZombie) reported

@bt_uk can you explain why my elderly parents have been left with no internet, phone line or any useful help from your techs apart from “wait until Monday”?

  • RachelHMedia Rachel Hicks (@RachelHMedia) reported

@bt_uk "We’re here to help." Is that why your man in "BT Loyalty" was rude to me after admitting that he couldn't explain one part of the 10% charge increase as it was "over his paygrade" then told me I "..should have read my contract better" then HUNG UP on me. !!!!

  • john_baigrie John Baigrie (@john_baigrie) reported

@PaulCowland_ @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Are you using their supplied router? First thing I'd do is replace it with something more suitable. I use a Ubiquiti Unifi Dream Machine Pro behind my BT fttp service and have no issues getting full speed at 900Mb/110Mb then added some Unifi access points for wireless

  • CodecMoments Codec Moments (@CodecMoments) reported

@bt_uk No, and it says there are no plans to upgrade my address (I've been checking there regularly), but the connection is 10 feet from my door, and most neighbours on the street have an active FTTP service.

  • Poolebomber George POOL3 (@Poolebomber) reported

@bt_uk Had new Internet today and its cut out already, just going to tweet you every single time

  • CodecMoments Codec Moments (@CodecMoments) reported

@bt_uk FTTP connection installed next to my house by Openreach nearly 3 months ago, neighbours been connected by other providers for a while, but I keep getting told it's not available. Been a BT customer for 15 years, is my only option now to move to another service provider?
