    @bt_uk 32 phone calls later still not got my bttv package correct. They have big issues with the booking system. I would not bother!

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @bt_uk my 78 year old step mother has been without Broadband for over 48 hours. This is unacceptable as we can’t contact her easily... please help

    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @bt_uk Hi, yes .... "Broadband - Current Service Issue Estimated fix time: Sorry, we can't provide a fix time at the moment. Please check again later." This has been the status for the last THREE HOURS and have now had the problem for FOUR!

    @bt_uk Still suffering poor quality HD/4K (or lack of) pictures on subscription channels after 2 weeks. Waited 15mins on 150, and then then call dropped out. Not good enough.

    @bt_uk I told the operatives. They ignored it. Had a web chat they said call some claims line. Called the claims line no reply. An issue not caused by me yet I have to contact numerous departments. Not great customer sevice.

    @bt_uk exasperated customer here. 7 days with no broadband, and then today you called me to say the village issue was fixed. You can imagine my happiness at this piece of news Just to let you know it is not! 7 days to fix a local problem is ludicrous #poorcustomerservice
