Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??
