Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

We live in a rural location, barely any mobile data coverage, and my wife works from home, yet we are at least 5 days from resolution. Is there nothing you can do?
