    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    @bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @bt_uk BT advisor have lost the plot and they are conning , greedy driven by bonuses I just spoke Ashley she said e mails are sent and received 24 hours put in a complaint did not receive a acknowledgement but received that it’s already been closed but nothing been resolved yet

    @bt_uk BT are refusing to help me,because they keep extending my phone and Briadband contract without my permission, that’s twice in a month, Iam to scared to call them just in case they extend it again without my acknowledgment

    @bt_uk After a week of attempting to "renew" a long standing service contact (7 days, 8+ hours on the phone and 3 attempts) you tell me it's all sorted. Yesterdays email "We've disconnected all your services". I now have to renew my account again and accept 3+ days of no service!

    @bt_uk have you buggered up the web ui that runs on the smart hub 2? I can't get mine to save any port forwarding rules or static ip assignments on my internal network. I know the router is OK (checked with BT on the phone) but can't solve this problem

    @bt_uk I’m not an idiot. My box last checked for an update 6th March which is today but equally why am I checking this if the box Does it automatically. The issue here is that all the MotoGP programmes today have started at least 5 mins before the recording. Crap service
