@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

@bt_uk would love to know why you’re contact centre think it’s ok to make my partner and I wait nearly 2 weeks after we move in to have internet despite me explaining that we have barley any signal as well and didn’t receive an explanation as to why the engineer was delayed

@bt_uk Yes. I’ve attempted numerous times to get an activation code sent my email and there’s been nothing. Likewise when I try to phone the helpline I can’t get through to speak to anyone without being cut off. Abysmal service as always!

@bt_uk Oh yes I’ll keep this going for over a month and know that you have no phone line, internet or other possible provider. Ah yes I’ll also throw in forgetting to book a big vital piece of equipment every time. And you can stay in all day! Yes I pride myself on my customer service!
