@bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

@bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

@bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

@bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

@bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

Using @VodafoneGroup inc. minutes most of the time so was thinking of canceling my @bt_uk landline. Called to see if better deals available. Waiting on hold for 26 mins (can't cancel online) confirmed things. Now #BTfree & £750 per year better off.

@bt_uk demand sent close to midnight for nearly 3x my tariff after switch from @EE all whilst being without Internet for nearly 10 days, mid uni & work bc of their engineers...oh & I had to chase @BTSopenreach for my appt that just wasn't rebooked...want EE back so bad!!

@EE @btsport never mind the football look after your customers, been one for 11 years and phone for upgrade and its shocking the deals to offer no loyalty bonus full contract as if you have just signed up... 5 times phoned amd different stories from the sales team everytime
