  Getting better booked engineer did turn up Engineer visit to other 2 houses with issues. 3 hours on the phone @bt_uk so I can book another engineer visit for Monday just because of Poor Bt workmanship Best bit they closed the issue as the no visit

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?
