    @DD_B18 @btsport Yeah, the latter half of that article is key. They ended up diverting money that should have been used to improve the network to cover their increasing outlay, they've sacked the CEO of BT, largely down to this too.

    @DD_B18 @btsport The thing with BT sport was, it never had a remit to make money. It was always about broadband retention & new broadband customers. That hasn't happened, so shareholders are now unhappy & this is part of the fallout.

    @BTCare My home hub 6 is naffed!! It wont connect to several devices in the house, ive tried resetting, on off, settings with everything, nothing works! Range is extremely poor, wont go to the kitchen anymore either! Replace it please!!!

    @BTCare Have to use WiFi to connect as mobile signal poor in the area of Wales I live in. So BT incompetence and lies about connection dates is having a severe impact. OK to take my money and not provide a decent service. Trading Standards will be getting a letter

    @BTCare You missed the point I can’t get a signal without WiFi and youve still not addressed who is going to pay me for using FON at £7.99 which drops out constantly too due to poor signal

    @BTCare How can you call me I’m not connected. 72 hours also unacceptable. Just resolve the issue, get it connected and in the meantime sort out access to WiFi for me so I’m not spending £7.99 a day because of BT incompetence. I rely on WiFi to connect my mobile phone

    @BTCare I’d like to think your silence is because youre resolving my complaint and not just ignoring me hoping I’ll go away. perhaps you’ll consider refunding me for FON fees and paying for internet access while I endure the intolerable 5 weeks for you to reconnect my service.

    @BTCare I’d really like you to proactively solve the issue please. Over a month for a home move is not acceptable as we were told we’d keep the same number, we’ve moved less than half a mile.

    @BTCare They said open reach had a problem that needs manual fixing. Open reach was supposed to do work oct 8 so why was I not informed there was a problem until after I called on oct 15. Now I am without internet and tv! They said they will update me oct 22 then book an engineer to come

    @BTCare it was clear from the first tweet that explanation wasnt required and that a disgusted customer getting unjustifyable price hikes at the start of a contract was hoping for more than you read from the big book of vague excuses. You clearly have no desire to help at all

    @BTCare Hi Rita. We have been having problems with connection since we got BT broadband. We have made numerous calls over the years and we’re told to turn it off / on again, etc. We received a new Hub a couple of weeks ago and our bandwidth was increased last week...still not working!

    @BTCare Tried to. Internet is still off. Phone crackle back and the BTTV box keeps closing down. Two weeks after it seemed fixed I'm now it seems I'm back at square one.

    Hi @BTCare @bt_uk my broadband connection has gone down for the millionth time...that’s just this week...we have spent so much time on the phone to India we now have pen pals and have arranged house swaps...btw I pay a lot of money for this so I expect it to work...all the time!
