Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
