@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

@bt_uk Because I had an existing contract at my old address and would have to buy that out despite you putting me on a new contract during the house move. Shocking! Terrible! Not one care given through the whole process. Lie after lie. Excuses that the system takes days to update!

@bt_uk your service remains as poor as always. Despite paying over£100 per month it doesn’t entitle me to a signal where I use the internet, for that I need Halo 2 (and an extra £30). Maybe that new service would also mean you staff your contact centres to meet demand?

@bt_uk First of all an error came up saying that the aerial signal was weak or lost and then they disappeared. She has no TV remote so at the moment I cannot check. Is it worth just trying to retune and see if they return ?

@virginmedia Offering me a super deal. Too late. Gone to @bt_uk (and yes I know I have 14 days to cancel but I don’t care) and your attitude yesterday when cancelling also didn’t help (pending complaint) re: contract terms.
