@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

@bt_uk as you're now not replying to me privately, if digital voice needs to run through my router, how can it work if I have no broadband as the phone line has been broken in the storm. And why have you now closed all our faults saying we've told you they're fixed which is a lie
-

(@israndomasis) reported
@bt_uk My BT broadband is up and running, speed and connection good no complaints; but why is the router so limited. I cant change the DNS server, no throttling rules, no IP/MAC whitelist or blacklist, no guest network, cant separate 2.4&5ghz networks, limited firewall!

@bt_uk More of a gripe given my previous ISPs router was fantastic and allowed me great control over my network. Additionally why does the SH 2 tell me the 14 character password (no special characters) is more secure than a 20 character with specials generated by @dashlane

@bt_uk What happens when the EE network where you live has been down for 5 days with absolutely no explanation, timeline for repair or apology from BT/EE?
