As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
