@RonsTwo My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad I have had to buy a mobile broadband package. Cannot wait until 1st June when I go to @bt_uk broadband and 900mb !!

  • danygraig70 Sarah Bell (@danygraig70) reported from Porthcawl, Wales

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass

  • TheRealTR19 Tyler Richards! △⃒⃘ (@TheRealTR19) reported from Pencoed, Wales

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • storrmin571 Nörm•i•am (@storrmin571) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia signal dropping out from broadband all week. Makes you realise how good @bt_uk are.

  • touristory Annette Pritchard (@touristory) reported from Barry, Wales

With no irony intended, I’ve been trying to download this story for 5 minutes. Nowhere as bad as some of the worst areas I imagine but really a few lines of text, just a couple of miles from Cardiff #Sully @BT_UK

  • owen485 owen gerrard (@owen485) reported from Bridgend, Wales

@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...

  • dafyddlewis82 Dafydd Lewis (@dafyddlewis82) reported from Ynysybwl, Wales

  • Steffan_McMahon Steffan McMahon (@Steffan_McMahon) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

  • owen485 owen gerrard (@owen485) reported from Bridgend, Wales

@bt_uk I'm not being funny I want out of my contract the service is godamn awful I've had numerous problems the last couple of days I've spoken to advisors who say ure internet is fine there must be a problem outside how am I supposed to fix this so I think I'm gona leave

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @BBCXRay @skytv No Broadband, no landline no downloads, no catchup etc, for 6 weeks. Every week it’s a different excuse. This week lightening strike! I’m getting really fed up. Please someone help.🤯

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • ricardofodol Richard A. Hughes (@ricardofodol) reported from Llanharan, Wales

    @VinSullivan @AIMS_Meat @btbusinesscare Yes, they're piss poor

  • crocker74 Ryan Crocker (@crocker74) reported from Cardiff, Wales

  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

  • Racingdanny8 Daniel rees (@Racingdanny8) reported from Cwmafan, Wales

My Internet is really starting to piss me off, engineer not sorting problem outside till Thursday 😡 @bt_uk @BT

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc

  • FactOrDixon Chris Dixon (@FactOrDixon) reported

@Joe_Henegan @bt_uk Why don’t you change the password to the date you login and then tweet about it on that date… then just look back at your old tweets to remember your password

  • AdvantureTimeUK AdvantureTimeUK (@AdvantureTimeUK) reported

@bt_uk @ASUSUK @TPLINKHelp BT are blaming my boosters made by yourselves that are plugged into their home hub ethernet ports as the reason I have DNS connection issues. Is this possible? They said your equipment is unauthorised by them. If so, should you not have a disclaimer?

  • bridgetto1 bridget toomey (@bridgetto1) reported

@bt_uk Very bad service installing fibre into my home - well not installed as the cherry picker engineer would do his job and go up a tree. So partly installed and engineer didn’t get paid which is not acceptable

  • AdvantureTimeUK AdvantureTimeUK (@AdvantureTimeUK) reported

@bt_uk @financialombuds if BT close an unresolved issue each time I called but the same problem persists, surely I'm entitled to compensation from the first complaint and not the latest of 5?

  • AdvantureTimeUK AdvantureTimeUK (@AdvantureTimeUK) reported

@bt_uk Need help with compensation from July to now. Just because you closed the complaints after your incompetent "experts" said it was OK when it clearly wasn't doesn't mean my complaint was resolved.

  • burgndyonaplate Burgundy on a Plate (@burgndyonaplate) reported

@bt_uk Funny you should ask.I pay a premium price for a below average email service & I am about to make a claim against BT for years of inconvenience including non existent spam filter, loss of important historic emails, constant locking out of my account on my iMac.The list goes on.

  • gwyndra Jen (@gwyndra) reported

@bt_uk has got to be the worst internet provider in the UK. I ordered in October and now I am being told I won’t have broadband until February. Constantly getting excuses and pointing fingers at OpenReach - how is this okay? 4 months!?

  • gordonbrown505 Gordon (@gordonbrown505) reported

@bt_uk I have now been waiting three weeks for a reply or even acknowledgement to my complaint. You told me my case was closed without giving a reason. ref VOLO13-742607848987

  • kimtella_187 Kimberly (@kimtella_187) reported

Imagine, BT sent me x3 SIM cards and said they were free and that I would not be charged until they were activated (which I never activated). To then find out 18 months later they had charged me £30 a month for them!!!!! £500 later 🥺😔 @BTGroup @bt_uk

  • iamonabeach -on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported

@bt_uk ...or, as you said you were looking to help, you could contact the PCS team on behalf of all of the disgruntled residents of Edinburgh who are fed up with BT's lack of action in removing their delapidated public phone boxes. Thanks. cc @cllrcammyday
