@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

@virginmedia I have never encountered such a poor service like Virgin Media WiFi Boosters have failed, there engineers have tried and fail. I’ve waited in excess of 1 hour to get help on the telephone only to be cut off - disgusting service overall. @bt_uk sorry I left you

So speaking with @bt_uk and the woman said that I must be too close to a bus stop thats why my speed is poo, 1 the router is at the back of house and nearest bus stop is 10mins away never heard so much **** in my life
