@bt_uk I've been waiting 3 months for my fibre broadband to be installed (ordered 12th Jan). After 2 appointments of the engineer failing to turn up with no contact, the router and home hub were installed yesterday, but there is no signal!

Why is that every time @bt_uk do work in your street, they inadvertently mess up your phone line..? It was fine this morning and now it’s not and we’ve been told it will be up to five days to fix it which is ridiculous when they probably caused the issue! 😠
