    @bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

    @bt_uk I'm not being funny I want out of my contract the service is godamn awful I've had numerous problems the last couple of days I've spoken to advisors who say ure internet is fine there must be a problem outside how am I supposed to fix this so I think I'm gona leave

    @btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

    @DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

    @bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

    @RonsTwo My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad I have had to buy a mobile broadband package. Cannot wait until 1st June when I go to @bt_uk broadband and 900mb !!

    @bt_uk there is either a problem outside or with the white box so until it's fixed dont expect money off me it's got to be the white box

    @chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

    @bt_uk who do I.make a complaint to so ican leave bt I'm so sick of my internet dropping out it's more times than I can count yet your quick enough to take my money well no more paying my bill end off

    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk because my nat type keeps changing how do I cancel my contract with ure selfes my internet is up and down more times than an escalator

    @HebdenDown @bt_uk @Ofcom Disgusting. If you ran your business like that, you’d soon be out of business. If I vicar-ed like that, the Bishop would be wanting a word. The truth is, these people get away with this sorting of thing because they can. Words fail me.

    @bt_uk my daughter and family's BT TV box has broken and you say you can't get an engineer there until the 28th, leaving them without a service over Christmas, making a bad year even worse, this is shocking,
