@bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

I’ve been paying for BT Sport for over a month. Your service is disappointing. Your website doesn’t have a search engine, there are no premier league games with top clubs this weekend being broadcasted and games aren’t even available for catch-up @btsportfootball @bt_uk @btsport

Phoned up to cancel my @btsport subscription due to them losing Scottish football and the Bundesliga,and the agent on the other end was surprised that I don’t want to keep it so I could watch the EPL. Not everyone wants to watch the most over rated league in the world.
