But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

Dunc (@derbydunk) reported@bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused ๐

It feels like a trap.

Options seem limited!!

Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk Itโs not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - heโs over ยฃ800 in credit yet heโs still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
