    @chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

    @btsport got to say itโ€™s one of the worst commentary I have ever heard in this Man City /Swansea game especially Martin Keown so one sided and hasnโ€™t done any research on Swansea what so ever Poor

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @bt_uk... I find it funny that I can't get internet out my back garden.. But a house few doors down can pick it up in their house? Of course I don't let them use it... Just find it funny..

    @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off ๐Ÿค” #cancelling

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐Ÿ˜‚

    @bt_uk Internet still down fault reported 6 days ago engineer came today says another 2/3 days absolute joke of a customer service all the promises made on TV adverts are a myth can't wait to get out of this contract !!! Thanks again BT

    @btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk Our broadband has been cut off apparently my dad called up this morning so fix it but I donโ€™t think he did tbh. I just want to know if he has.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™m still blocked from my btinternet email weeks later. Your customer care person said someone would call but they didnโ€™t. How can I resolve this? I have important information in that email account and youโ€™ve stopped me accessing it with no warning.

    @bt_uk your service is SO appalling. Elderly relative who depends on landline without phone line for 5 DAYS and you have totally failed to fix within the promised time. Formal complaint coming. Poor, poor, poor ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

    @bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service youโ€™ve โ€˜givenโ€™ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE youโ€™ve stressed them to the hilt & theyโ€™ll be 4wks no internet

    @BT @BTcare @BT_Helpline I have been 9 days without broadband. 90 minute waits every day to speak to guides. 1 openreach appointment. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

    @bt_uk Theyโ€™ve spent hours and hours doing that and even your team say itโ€™s a complete mess and a shambles. Itโ€™s a disgrace, being the worst, most stressful aspect of moving house. How can you be proud of that as a business and service?
