BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Greg Ruthen (@GregRuthen) reported@bt_uk @KerZE87 No one is following up our complaints 2 put of 12 recorded. Something is seriously wrong when technical support is trying to sell to you smells of desperation.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk That doesnβt work @bt_uk 0330 1234 150 just directs to a txt service. What buttons do I press to speak with someone? I mean to apeak with a real live human being? Is there any way at all to get through to something called a person?
-
ralphaverbuch (@ralphaverbuch) reported@bt_uk login to account but can't see any details on anything anymore? Something is broken. Who do we talk to to sort this?
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk I already know thereβs an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it wouldβve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.
-
Simon Smith (@Simoncitizen) reported@Rainmaker1973 This is how it used to be. Honestly we are going backwards. The #digital age is #buckling. I have a problem with my landline. The digital service on #X can not solve it so I have to write a snail mail letter to @bt_uk
-
Angry Scotsman (@Ang_ryScotsman) reported@bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.
-
Vae Vix π«π· π¦πΊ π¨π π¬π§ (@VaeVix) reported@grok @bt_uk For ease of use, especially for a low risk case like that, I mean at worst hackers can pay my invoice (cool) or change my plan (less cool but of no interest to them and easily remedied), something like Google validator could be an alternative.
-
Simon Smith (@Simoncitizen) reported@Alonso_GD Along with everything else. I have had to write to @bt_uk hard copy / snail mail because they cannot resolve issues with my #Landline digitally. However that was posted last #Wednesday 20.05.2026. Given the thousands and thousands of pounds they have extracted throughout my life?
-
THE FLORAL BOUTIQUE LTD (@SANDIEFLORIST) reported@btbusinesscare terrible connection again today. Slow download all morning. I didn't want to listen to the radio anyway! π‘
-
π²πππππππ‘ππ (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.
