  @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

  @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

  @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

  @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

  @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

  @bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

  @bt_uk Switched everything off, unplugged all connections replugged and switched on again, all working again. The fact that the EE connection didn't come on at all during the 'outage' leads me to believe the hub got 'confused'. Anyway no downtime since doing the above (so far).

  Might have to look at switching internet provider, currently with @bt_uk but had nothing but problems the last 4-5 weeks and they come up with terrible excuses and don't seem in any rush ever to get things sorted.

  @olly_hodgey94 @bt_uk Jesus what a nightmare. I’m with BT as well, and have really good net but did have some issues in the first instance and I have to pay for one of the best packages for it to be good tbh. It is literally the actually net? Or just issues with the connection on xbox?

  @bt_uk It wasn’t sales he said he was hear due to complaints about slow speeds in the area, he showed ‘BT’ ID but from a distance to my wife , I have a photo of him on my ring door bell

  @bt_uk The only things connected to BB are 2 iPhones, an iPad and the tv. It is a sad reflection on BT If I have to turn these off to enable parents to get a signal for their digital landline to work.

  @bt_uk Our broadband is down and diagnostics show that it is due to a fault outside our home and that openreach can fix it, however when I try to reply with FIX so they can go ahead, I’m told that the messaging service is off and to call them. When I call, the service is also closed.

  @bt_uk literally the worst service ever. Waited 2 months for a landline change, and have now been charged double for the privilege of having no landline for 2 months. Absolute shower.
