    @BTCare I'm awaiting a call back from a supervisor later so it's being handled but I was promised "1000%" yesterday that the phone would be here today it's not even despatched. It's laughable. I'll wait for the supervisor to call me back but thanks for the offer of help. Much appreciated

    @BTCare Regardless no one seems to want to sort the problem out without trying to charge me £130 for an engineer to come out when it’s been working fine up until I cancelled. And you took my £60 out fine on Friday and when I alerted you to my cancellation, the problems started.

    Just had the most RUDE agent online chat with @BTCare called Pratysha - told me something and then disconnected the chat. Terrible service. Funnily enough no service quality came up afterwards, or option to save the chat. I am aghast.
