We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
