I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off ๐ค #cancelling

All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โI promise I work on behalf of BTโ. I said I can promise Iโm the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, itโs dangerous and a disgrace and itโs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโs unforgivable to do this in this manner.

Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk weโve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. Iโm disabled and rely on the internet.
