Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
