Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

We were told to buy something to help with the signal but we don’t want to pay for something else on top of the bill.     (@TimothyDRCarr) reported@Dredz06 @bt_uk Ditch the the smart hub 2 abs any black discs. The discs will never go faster than 200mbps. Spent months getting this confirmed. Your only option, like mine, is to fork out hundreds on a good mesh setup. Don’t waste time dealing with support.

    (@TimothyDRCarr) reported@Dredz06 @bt_uk Yeah lol I have to sit in my lounge to get full speed. As soon as I connect via their so called mesh disc it drops to 170-200mbps. They admired their sales info was wrong. Fair enough but doesn’t fix the issue. Just can’t decide on what mesh to buy now.
