  • MadocLeonard Gaynor Madoc Leonard (@MadocLeonard) reported from Carmarthenshire, Wales

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

  • Freshbites_ FreshBites Ammanford (@Freshbites_) reported from Ammanford, Wales

Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@BTCare why do i have to logon to every bt openzone service #crazy

  • olrodlegacy Oliver Roderick (@olrodlegacy) reported from Llanelli, Wales

@BTCare Light is on blue now, but it’s still painfully slow. No reason to be, when it’s been fast in the past.

  • olrodlegacy Oliver Roderick (@olrodlegacy) reported from Llanelli, Wales

@BTCare Broadband has been terrible last few days. Only using one device, and horrendous lag in gaming. This a month after my bill goes from 25pm to 43. Why would I commit to an 18 month contract for this?

  • Stmorgan27 Steven M (@Stmorgan27) reported from Morriston, Wales

Can’t wait to cancel my @SkySports and sign up to @btsport Far better pundits on there, I can’t listen to these clowns anymore. If I was you @GNev2 get in with BT mate

  • tammytastic69 The Timelush (@tammytastic69) reported from Trostre, Wales

@btsport can’t believe how poor your web player is today

  • LiahEvanss Liah (@LiahEvanss) reported from Trostre, Wales

@BTCare And when my services have been down for five days. It is the exchange where the problem is at. It’s not hard to send someone out to have a quick look at it like they were supposed to yesterday by 6pm which was another lie spouted

  • LiahEvanss Liah (@LiahEvanss) reported from Trostre, Wales

@BTCare I got told yesterday that it would be free of charge. REGARDLESS you’ve made a false promise and haven’t stuck by your word. Please don’t expect me to pay a final bill when you can’t be bothered to send someone out free of charge to resolve a loyal customers problem

  • LiahEvanss Liah (@LiahEvanss) reported from Llanelli, Wales

@BTCare Regardless no one seems to want to sort the problem out without trying to charge me £130 for an engineer to come out when it’s been working fine up until I cancelled. And you took my £60 out fine on Friday and when I alerted you to my cancellation, the problems started.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • Rayhdgson107mc Raymond Hodgson (@Rayhdgson107mc) reported

@bt_uk Neil it’s recent it’s historic but it rates as the worst customer service in history and the I couldn’t even speak to the person that supposedly wrote the letters to me tells me it was not a real person just a made up name. A head of CS should always be available to a customer

  • Rayhdgson107mc Raymond Hodgson (@Rayhdgson107mc) reported

@bt_uk Nothing at the moment in time if the customer service had been fair with me when I had Really bad service and let me 50-50 instead of some 20 quid knocked off for 18 months allows your service you wouldn’t get slated every time you put something like this on

  • markbrosnan78 Mark Brosnan (@markbrosnan78) reported

@bt_uk It’s not an internal issue. Openreach engineers are constantly working in the street to find the issue. It’s been like this for at least 2 months.

  • BigRichMilner Richard Milner (@BigRichMilner) reported

    @_Matt1892 @btsport Worst commentator out.

  • markbrosnan78 Mark Brosnan (@markbrosnan78) reported

@bt_uk Yep all connected fine. It’s not a house issue. It’s outside. Everyone is having the same issue. Don’t lose connection but lose strength. Supposed to have a 45Mb connection, usually get around 12 but drops to 1 or less frequently.

  • markbrosnan78 Mark Brosnan (@markbrosnan78) reported

@bt_uk Link shows no issues. Ethernet connection to hub. Hub showing correct lights. Still getting intermittent loss of broadband. This has been an issue across the estate we live on for months.

  • markbrosnan78 Mark Brosnan (@markbrosnan78) reported

@bt_uk Been a known fault for months but engineers keep coming out but it never gets fixed.

  • markbrosnan78 Mark Brosnan (@markbrosnan78) reported

Once again @BTCare internet is off more than on in the SS5 area but obviously still no problems...

  • shambonavan Shane ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (@shambonavan) reported from Firhouse, Leinster

Need to be cleared on the analysis there @btsport, saying Cardiff came back from three down at Leeds to draw with 10 men. They had a full contingent for 2 of them.

  • teesminer TeesMiner (@teesminer) reported

TV sport I have given up - cricket, world darts, rugby - coverage from both @SkySports and @btsport is now so bad I wonder why I bother subscribing, maybe the New Year resolution will be to bin TV sport
