Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! It could start any time up to 23:59. Your Digital Voice service will then start up to 30 minutes after that. We'll let you know when they're ready.

Keep trying to call the BT helpline - had to wait on hold for over an hour and eventually gave up!! What is going on?! Shocking customer service BT!
