Now Iβm in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me Β£60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test itβs ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.
