    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

    @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

    So @btsport do you actively participate - i.e. actually respond to comments/feedback - or are you simply set to transmit only ? So, do you discuss issues with your subscribers or do you just collect the cash !? And ignore the people who damned we’ll pay your wages !?

    @btsport @btsportfootball problem with having ex-players as pundits, they really can’t see past their blind allegiance. Happy West Ham still have a chance to go through, gotta support the English teams but that was so clearly a red card it’s ridiculous to be arguing it

    @heathertweed @bt_uk I've currently only been on the phone to BT for 11 minutes. Chicken feed. This will take at least 35 mins, usually 50 mins. After which they agree an appointment weeks away which then never happens. This will keep happening, you can smell it.

    @bt_uk Longtime BT customer but now out of contract and looking at options. New customers seem to get better deals than more loyal customers and when friends are having such difficulties it makes me nervous about upgrading with BT. I just couldn’t work without my broadband connection.

    @LouisaGummer @bt_uk Ah, no, that's our big problem. This house had no phone line, let alone broadband. They're all geared up for existing landlines, but cannot handle the previously unconnected.

    @bt_uk Really poor for a customer to agree to a new package & be given a price,then be told 5 days later it's increasing. If you agree to a new deal, it shouldn't be increased so quickly. Was completely lied then about a price, now I'm told if I called 5 days later...

    @bt_uk We've spoken to many people. @OpenreachHelp overbooks, further delaying things by a week. Now you just randomly cancel our order, which we didn't initiate because we have to have internet to work from home. We're literally looking to move house to get internet.
