I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.

Craig Goddard (@ChemTeachCGO) reported@bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.
