We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

Now Iโm in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me ยฃ60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test itโs ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - Iโve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!!
