She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a ยฃ18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
