@ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

Avoid @bt_uk at all costs. Trying to charge me £150 for the router and TV box I sent back over a month ago. Worst customer service out there. Basically told to show receipt or get charged. Why would I keep a receipt from a month ago?!

@bt_uk I’ve found BT shocking to be fair, WiFi has never been so bad. Ps5 in my front room less than 2 meters away from hub and playing fifa or anything that needs a stable connect and I’m lagging so bad it’s unplayable. BT help is very poor, I’ve done it so many times!
