@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk There's alot of confusion in regards Wi-Fi 6, does the BT Hub 2.0 actually support WiFi 6? If not, what is the point of BT Wi-Fi discs w/Wi-Fi 6 support (Whole Home Wi-Fi) when the hub doesn't support Wi-Fi 6?

Hey @bt_uk the new internet in my parents house is so bad I’ve barely been able to work or watch anything streaming. The temporary stuff you sent was great now the new stuff barely works.

@bt_uk 2 telephone calls and still no solution to my issues. Website says write a letter to complain. Surely you have an email link? Or is it designed to put me off complaining

@bt_uk No. Problem is either first or second network hop so I’m the exchange. Engineer today closed the fault apparently without a fix. The image I attached to the first tweet demonstrates the issue clearly

@bt_uk Absolutely sick of this. An hour on chat the other week going through all my router/service, to be told it needs an engineer to come out, to then get a message to say nothings wrong. Then a week after someone from BT knocks on my door saying lots of people in area..
