@bt_uk Using BT Sport online and it's having really buffering issues with the live stream of the Champions League. Never have any usual issue with streaming before so the online service is clearly struggling with the demand.

@bt_uk Hi BT, my mother's landline stopped working on 21/2 . Your online checker says it will be fixed on 24/3. 32 days for a 92 yr old alone with no phone, and her emergency Helpline alarm also uses the line. You promised a quick fix twice, still not fixed. Duty of care?

@bt_uk customer service is a total joke. My parents have had no service since 18th Feb and despite countless calls to the fault team and a guarantee that issue would be fixed today. Nothing. Fuming is an understatement.

@bt_uk hi. I have full fibre at my current house and I’m under contract with you for another 6 months. I’m moving house later this month to an area which doesn’t have full fibre. Will I still have to pay full fibre price for standard fibre service?
