@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Opened a complaint and awaiting a call back. Customer service I have spoken to were lovely but the communication I have experienced has been horrendous. Process started end of jan and issues still ongoing 🙄

@KeithHuewen @MotoGP @btsport I really enjoyed that film last night. I was born in 82 so missed it all but really wished I lived in those days! Safety was terrible though, it’s nice it wasn’t a nanny state but glad safety on the tracks has improved! so charismatic, you can see why he is still talked about!
