    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

    why is the #btsport app on firestick so laggy and **** for me? i’ve uninstalled and redownloaded but it’s still like it. it’s only got like it recently. it might be my internet but literally all the other apps i stream through work fine so idk

    Could @bt_uk service get any worse! I have just spent 3 weeks sorting out my Broadband home move, which took countless phone calls and hours of my time to finally sorted on Monday. Then today my @btsport isn't working! Spent 40 minutes on hold to then have to phone put down on me

    @bt_uk You can forget it - had enough going to cancel the landline - no need to then worry about the move to digital voice we will use our mobiles
