    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

    So @bt_uk and @QubeGB thanks for ruining my day, appointment booked for weeks and you can't even get a simple broadband upgrade done. No cover for a sick engineer. Very bad service on both your companies part. And disgusting manners from your call centre.

    @bt_uk ‘apparently’ according to your team member or colleague, an order which I have already received the equipment for has not gone through. Forget the internet. I am now left without a working phone line. How do you suggest I call emergency services if required?

    @bt_uk @RobbieSavage8 @julesbreach I understand that this is concerning Jonathan. However, no provider can guarantee a fault free service and we need time to repair any faults that do occur. Your fault is currently with our supplier who will work to fix this as quickly as possible. We'll open a complaint to monit

    @bt_uk Why has my 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender 1200 decided to stop working? There is no logical explanation for this. I cannot find anything online that helps with the problem & seems Lots of people have this problem It'a as if it has a lifespan. I've only had it a month!

    @bt_uk requested a call back days ago and heard nothing, burnt through 80% of my phone date hot spotting from my phone so I can work! Best your staff could tell me on live chat was that our shop isn’t a customer of yours despite using a BT router and literally being a customer

    @bt_uk Yes, but a twenty year old is able to use your online services, the customer in question is not. Elderly customers are less likely to be computer literate and understand how to use your systems. Therefore, it is ageist to charge them a fee when there is no alternative available.
