@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Yes SharonK but this is an additional cost of at least £22 a month. I believe all broadband should be reliable and I shouldn't be penalised with unsteady connection because I can't afford additional service.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I am fed up of chasing and ringing people at BT who do not know their arse from their elbow. How it has taken 8 weeks to repair and external line fault is baffling. I have no escalated the complaint with Ombudsman Services to seek extra compensation.
