@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk No, nor any internet access which is why i was tweeting you. I live over 200 miles away so can't go up there straight away. I have two neighbours' numbers which are ringing out which made me think of an outage. Tks.

Yet again @btsport is completely unwatchable via the app on my phone and chromecast. Buffering every 30 seconds for about 30 seconds. Fast network, WiFi mesh and still awful. What an absolute shambles and now considering whether its even worth subscribing to because of it.
