    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

    @bt_uk I have however just called & spoken to someone who said it's going to be ANOTHER '48 working hrs' for Openreach to finally cancel their order. This will be over a month since the issue began.

    Hey @Channel4, what's the deal with your @bt_uk TV app? Like it's so bad. I've missed so much great TV this week because they don't go up and cant be found. Tuesdays bake off, not there, Jenas doc, not there, 24 hrs in police custody, 2020 episodes. Help me please!!

    @bt_uk Terrible reply! Then why was I told that I would be called prior to the appointment or given the engineers details. I never got any of that, and never got a call from the engineer, despite them saying I did. Question is what are you going to do about it?

    @EE @bt_uk please can someone help? At the minute it looks like I pressured to change my broadband on the promise of a cheaper phone bill and that hasn’t happened. Instead I’m paying more for my broadband and no offers on my phone bill! Poor service.

    My super-duper, will never drop backed up by 4G WiFi by @bt_uk has gone down again. What an absolute bargain at £55 a month

    @bt_uk 5 yrs ago I was given the landline number of a local business which ceased trading years ago. I get daily calls from people looking to make a booking. How can I get this changed? It's very annoying esp as some don't believe I am not them! Pls help!

    @bt_uk Shocking service #wedontcare - moved 93 year father-in-law from @VodafoneUK / - they disabled copper line (which was not requested - fall alarm system now failing) / account access broken / support is terrible and even they recommend that we should move to @TalkTalk !
