@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@TalkTalk why is it that the moment we cancel our talktalk tv and entertainment booster our WiFi stops working and it’ll take 3 business days to get it fixed? This is the third issue we’ve had with talktalk in 3 months! @bt_uk or @EE want a new client?

Genuine question. @Plusnet are **** at broadband, right? It’s a resounding yes. Unreliable, dropping out etc. Managed by @bt_uk so that’s a given and BT terrify old people with random sales calls. So who’s better. @WhichUK fawn over Pussnet, Sky are a nono, so what’s better?

@OpenreachHelp 1 of 5 One Building, a tenant in a 1st floor flat, a foodbank charity & community charity on the ground floor. Both have phone lines and Broadband by BT @bt_uk The tenant in the flat decides that they want to change supplier, contacts BT to cancel.
