    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

    @bt_uk Thanks for your prompt response. I’ll speak to the loyalty team and as long as they can offer me what they would offer a new customer then I don’t have a problem. What’s rather annoying of course if that the £55.99 option isn’t offered at renewal as that would save us both time.

    @bt_uk I’ve done all that loads already and all that happens is that im told to book an engineer even tho the issue isn’t at my house. The entire village now has an engineer coming to their houses on Tuesday and Wednesday.

    Any of my followers with @bt_uk for internet? We've an issue with the MyBT app. We want to set up a group and add devices so we can limit the time on those devices. Nothing we add to the group saves and those that do do not keep to the times we set. BT have not fixed in 2 wks

    @bt_uk your broadband service is appalling. Your attitude to your customers must change. No service, slow to fix problems and poor communication should allow your customers to leave their contracts with no penalty.
