@bt_uk To be honest I’ll probably be changing to someone else because it’s been 5 months of problems I’d highly recommend no one to go to BT

@bt_uk been with use for about 5 month now how do get rid of your services, genuinely the worst I’ve ever had WIFI don’t work yet you expect me to pay for it, tv lags yet you expect me to pay for it, then you cancel my direct debit and have the cheek to charge me £10 no thanks.

Atrocious customer service from @bt_uk - not had internet for a *month*! The provided @EE 4G box has now decided to no longer work either. @openreachhelp still nowhere to be seen...

@bt_uk Openreach guys replacing faulty, degraded connectors in our neighbourhood. Great. But it would have been nice if you warned us - trying to run business from home when broadband keeps going down because they disconnect us as they fix cables isn't great.

@btsport what am I paying £20 odd a month for? Two live Gallagher Premiership on right now and on BT Sports now. BT 1. WWE wrestling classic reply! BT 2 American football game. BT3. Boxing classic from 1990. BT4. Some rowing! WTF!

@bt_uk My mother’s email has been hacked - your customer care team were great but when it couldn’t be resolved we asked them to just shut down the email to prevent my mothers elderly friends getting more phishing emails … “that person doesn’t work today”?!?

@bt_uk Hi Dee. Thanks for quick reply. Sadly not, all security settings had been changed - every time we changed password the hackers blocked it. It’s been escalated internally but just want a temporary shut down

About little I signicant who made clear why the @bt_uk broadband is such a priority for someone experiencing mental illness. I need it for work, for support groups, shopping, banking but who cares Allrm hasn't had broadband for 205 days. Let's tell him its not our fault
