@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

Absolutely shocking service from @BTCare @bt_uk regarding my Mum's landlines being out of service for a MONTH. Don't make it easy for you to send a complaint email either. Sent email to address eventually given by call centre only for it to bounce back. Ridiculous!

@btbusinesscare @BTBusinessCare Absolutely unacceptable service. I’ve been offline since Thursday despite being promised reconnection within 4 hours. As a long-standing BT Business customer, this level of disruption and broken promises is beyond disappointing. #BTBusiness #CustomerService

@btbusinesscare 🤬Yet again broadband down in a business that is reliant on it for bookings and payments. 6 months we’ve had a case number to sort an issue and they keep cutting us off, 1 department has no clue what other is doing, it’s a disconnected organisation. We’ve spent hours on the phone

@BTCare @bt_uk unique form of customer service - if you have a difficult problem the person dealing with it puts you back in the queue, 4 hours trying to sort charging me twice for the same line via a business and residential account. neither dept. can speak to the other one.

@btbusinesscare I have been trying to restore internet and telephone services for the last 36 hours at a care home where we care for very vulnerable people. Hopeless so far!! No one has bothered to fix it yet.
