@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

Anyone in Stoke without @bt_uk - mine’s been down since 11am... I’ve reported the fault but no one has got back to me. Just making sure I haven’t been cut off! Paid my bill, honestly 😜

@btbusinesscare Are there any plans for you or openreach to roll out FTTP rurally within the next ten years? 30-50Mbps just doesn't cut the mustard. FTTC speeds were acceptable in 2010 as a temporary stop gap solution but we desperately need more.

@bt_uk Is there a problems with your website at the moment? My Uncle is trying to renew his broadband and it keeps coming up with a technical error? He cant even view his bills.
