@bt_uk Jules, thanks for the reply and thanks for trying. But no, thank you. After 4 years of declining service, one of which was spent working at home on less than 3Mbps through 2020, I've lost all patience and respect for BT. They're only interested in urban area speeds and customers.

  • DazzHulsee Darren Hulse (@DazzHulsee) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@bt_uk avoid this full fibre provider at all costs! Lies, let downs, extra charges and still poor service.... I should have known better!! disgraceful yet again....

  • negative_weirdo Daddy (@negative_weirdo) reported

@bt_uk Well obviously there's a fault when the LOS light is red on the ONT. LOS means Loss of Service. So yes, there's a fault. Awesome when I have to work from home this weekend and actually can't! Constant issues with BT.

  • SpinShitposting Spin (@SpinShitposting) reported

@thismynewhandle @Terranc54832780 @bt_uk It be alot wiser to just say "oh my bad I didn't realise she was talking purely about social media." Over resorting to ahominems lol. Winning debates on twitter shouldn't be how you self actualise yourself bud

  • paulfitzsa Paul Fitzsimons (@paulfitzsa) reported
