    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐Ÿ˜‚

    @BTCare Ok thanks for all your help. We are going round in circles. It was working up until my mobile was transferred over to EE which I wasn't happy with ever since then my BT app has t worked. It's a problem your end.

    If @btsport or @sky were to just say they are exploring a free to air highlights show, all presenters welcome and free, they wonโ€™t even need to actually do it to get a massive win here because itโ€™ll force bbc to back down. Huge pr gains for nothing
