@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@bt_uk I would love to talk over the festive season - and also watch TV and listen to my Talking Books (I am disabled and partially sighted) but that is not going to happen. I live in a no mobile signal area and have had no broadband for a week and BT cannot sort it until the New Year!

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach can you explain why you closed an ongoing complaint? Was it because we were getting too close to the bone of what you were doing? Or were your people no good? And how can you say there wasn’t a problem when you’ve dumbed down our speed?

@bt_uk um.... Be GREAT to wake up one day n know FOR CERTAIN that the old account I've closed, customer services has closed.. ACTUALLY IS closed!? and I'm not STILL being chased for an account I was secretly charged for.. Twice!? One day #Help #CanSomeoneSortThisOnceAnfForAll

@christovskia @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I know what that feels like. Had a split pair on our copper here, and took ages to find, along with double termination we do on my side of the line in the house, that one made me look stupid. It's a proprietary system, hard to troubleshoot.

@bt_uk You've left me without internet for 2 1/2 days because of two errors made by you & your engineer. I can't work until it's fixed and your policy is apparently not to compensate loss of earnings. I literally cannot afford to pay my mortgage and bills this month.
