We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk donโt allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didnโt take em up on it. Almost as if theyโve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.

Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged ยฃ50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!
