@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

anyone subscribing to @bt_uk kids package ring them up and cancel it because they have removed 3 channels today but will gladly keep taking your money having spent over an hour on chat and phone it is quite clear the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing SHAMBLES !

@BTCare can anyone help me? I’m getting fobbed off big time! Took £500 off me and still can’t sort my bills and accounts, if I had known I was going to have this much trouble I would have never signed up! Told one price and put me on another, I’m fuming

@bt_uk i cannot log in to the bt app from now tv ? What is the issue it works on the other tv but not mine?? You’re website says to enter code ID106 but it says there is no such thing!!!?
