@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk My time went waiting on the phone because it’s the only way you’re able to cancel a contract. Amazing how you can do everything else online isn’t it?! But you have to wait in a queue for an hour to cancel it. Clever system really. I will never come back to your crooked company.

@btsport really unhappy with you guys and won't be returning. Every few months when I decide to come back to you guys I have the same issue - I pay for BT Sport Monthly and then get told to "Upgrade to watch". You've taken my money and won't let me easily request a refund.
