@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@bt_uk BT is the worst company in the UK by far. It's staff are so untrained and pointless, it's call centres are a joke and it's pricing and services are a rip-off. It's the worst run compny I have ever seen. @bt_uk is run by complete fools. Never do they get anything right #useless

It's honestly a joke how bad internet connections are in this area, and it makes zero sense. Can someone at @bt_uk explain why this road seems to be stuck at near dial up speeds while everywhere else in town (and many rural places) get fibre? It's not even listed as 'available'

Good grief @bt_uk Broadband is terrible....If I wasn't tied in until Oct I'd be away in a flash. I pay for 70Mbs and I'm getting 12Mbs...and they've got the cheek to put the prices up. I appreciate it's 6pm and busy but jeez🙄
