  @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

  @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

  @bt_uk It is being resolved by family. It was a BT issue. You cut the phone connection to an elderly lady with a lifeline device attached to line. The bill was being paid. Your call handler (helpful Tom) had wrong information on his screen. Disappointed but not surprised.

  @bt_uk Im not even that remote, literally moved 1.5miles in the other direction n broadband is poor. Mobile signal is non-existent so rely SOLELY on broadband connectivity I have three children and their education now relies on our broadband working. #broadband #PoorSignal
