@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk I’m having trouble getting in touch with anyone. My elderly mother has been without her landline which she relies on for 6 weeks now! Each time I check to see when it will be repaired, the date keeps getting pushed back. Please can someone message me.

The @bt_uk home move service appears to not be focused on keeping customers, it’s so frustrating, after 300 minutes on the phone we finally get a less than ideal solution, that is taking weeks longer than originally planned and unfairly costs me money. Very poor
