  @bt_uk Im sorry but I dont trust that it won't just be yet more of my time wasted after how I've already been treat by your company. I've had multiple staff "look into it" your company doesn't have the capability to help apparently. What will you differently to your call centre staff?

  @bt_uk It appears to be an issue connecting to the network. Blue light on the hub but no Internet. I’ve checked faults in my area but none recorded.
