We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

Andy (@AndyTho77314355) reported@Rob_Withey @bt_uk They charged me for unlimited calls for 18 months, I dont even have a home phone, they added on a free bt sport sub that turned into paid without me knowing, paid that for 12 months, never watched it, no rebate. Absolute crooks.
