@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@bt_uk No, it did not work and he suggested it was a problem with the router. As BT have breached the terms of the contract I now have no option but to move service in order to be able to do my job so will be cancelling both my contract and all payments with immediate effect.

@bt_uk customer service is crap. Wasted 3 hours on the phone2u trying to recover my broadband acct which had been hacked. All you can tell me is 'you don't exist on our system' I've cancelled my Direct Debits & my bill is due soon. Let's see if you miraculously find me by then!

@MoneySavingExp My Nan seems to be paying an awful lot to @bt_uk which my Mum is going to try and get to the bottom of but my question is can someone who prefers paper bills be expected to pay £3 every time? I know it's old fashioned but she's more organised with paperwork

@bt_uk Shocking service! Had the same problem. Moved from Sky but going back, fobbed off exactly the same. Don’t ever use BT! No Wi-Fi for Xmas and now looks like New Year. Told me to go buy a dongle and gave me £20 to cover crazy data charges. Unreal...
