    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!πŸ˜‚

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed Β£600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than Β£23!

    Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for Β£12pm but only the new customers price of Β£18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

    @bt_uk Around 9am this morning my fttp connection went down (amber light on the hub) and has not yet come back up. I'm based in Aberdeen. Is this a known issue and do you have an ETA for restoration of service?

    @bt_uk absolutely ridiculous service. My extender wouldn't connect, customer service replaced it with another identical extender, wouldn't connect, customer service then said they were completely wrong extenders and they would send proper extender, guess what ..
