@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Hi, I reported a fault on Saturday as landline doesn’t work and internet is slow. I got a reference number but no logs are showing on my account and I can’t track the fault, to see what’s happening. Is there a way of checking progress using the ref number?
