We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!π

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
