We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.
