@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk I was hoping to be a new customer and signed up last month but after a catalogue of BT errors your customer service have advised that the best thing to do is to cancel everything and start again! Great, no TV or broadband for Xmas now, and higher package costs

@bt_uk I was supposed to have an engineer come today between 1pm and 6pm and no one turned up. I appreciate it's bad weather but a courtesy call wouldn't have hurt would it. When will they be coming?

@WPTutz @bt_uk Had the same issue, they came in completely rewired the cables from outside to the router, sorted, apparently the previous guy used staples and pierced the cable so intermittent service. All sorted and some compensation. It wasn’t the router that was the issue.

@bt_uk after an extremely poor service in ‘upgrading’ our broadband and leaving the job UNFINISHED, why do you REFUSE to sort out the MESS you made and you keep CLOSING any complaint case we make without resolving? Extremely poor service.

@bt_uk @BTCare following a BT broadband outage in my area that lasted all day from 04:00 until 17:15, my partner was unable to carry out her role as it is internet dependent. She has lost a day’s pay due to this. What can you do about this?
