@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk I have just sent a PM explaining our issues - if somebody could reply to that I can let you have my number. We currently have no landline or internet so I will need to let you have a mobile number. It worries me to continue with our order if I cannot make contact ?

@bt_uk Engineer was supposed to come between 8-1, never arrived. Rang up, said they'd send another one, never arrived. My whole day waiting for people who didn't come. And the original one not checking it was working. I'm giving up. Now Sunday with no Internet as BT is off

@bt_uk No it was bt, didn't tell me on some betting sites, some other sites it did. I'll take a screen shot the next time! 😡😡😡😡 I haven't checked my lottery as I couldn't get numbers on. Lucky its only a tweet! You must know, BT customer service was really busy at a strange time!

@bt_uk Not my experience of BT - the Apps that stream on my Samsung TV work better and more reliable than BT Vision box, particularly UHD which is really poor.

@bt_uk yes every other week we call up. i'm really thankful that u are trying to help as well. it's always "call back in a month or so to see if fibre has been added" or they just give us sympathy. We can switch in 30 days since we dont have what we have been promised
