@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk already made my partner miss an online UNI EXAM and made me miss out on over a £1000 from days I’ve missed at work waiting for you, for you to never show up, and after all of this being reassured how farcical and embarrassing this is from yourselfs, the circus continues.
