We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. The issue is you werenโt able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
