Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.
