    @BTCare I'm awaiting a call back from a supervisor later so it's being handled but I was promised "1000%" yesterday that the phone would be here today it's not even despatched. It's laughable. I'll wait for the supervisor to call me back but thanks for the offer of help. Much appreciated

    @BTCare @gavalar83 I don't think the problem is limited to the app. I can't access the enhanced player via the website either. The link to it is missing. There's no option to use it. I've had this problem since last night. It was there to begin with yesterday but then has disappeared ever since.
