@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@Alparias @bt_uk I'm in the exact same boat mate... im in the NN12 area and I get 1mbps download speed but 120mbps upload speeds.. hmmmm... nothing from BT, they haven't got a scooby.. the ee mini hub also is a pile of crap which is not any better.. been like this since early Friday morning.

@bt_uk been having problems with the internet since Friday! Kept dropping off and on on Friday and now have had no signal since Friday evening. I don't know what my landline number is so can't check it on there!! Please fix it!
