Idiots. Still take our money tho!! Careful bout signing up to them People. It’s Ongoing months now! Missed so much sport I’ve paid for.

She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
