@bt_uk That’s a total fib! When I complained you said we have an older house so the walls must be thicker which is why it doesn’t work very well. You did say if we paid more money - £10 a month you could fix it with halo. We already have super fast - a con

  • owen485 owen gerrard (@owen485) reported from Bridgend, Wales

@bt_uk there is either a problem outside or with the white box so until it's fixed dont expect money off me it's got to be the white box

  • Andrew_Lewis_11 Andrew Lewis (@Andrew_Lewis_11) reported from Ammanford, Wales

Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

@chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

  • danygraig70 Sarah Bell (@danygraig70) reported from Porthcawl, Wales

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

  • paulpottsmusic Paul Potts (@paulpottsmusic) reported from Aberavon, Wales

@chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

  • kiebenson Kieran (@kiebenson) reported from Swansea, Wales

@WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Unfortunately referred to Morriston ED so currently waiting. All staff working as hard as possible but crazy down here.

  • kiebenson Kieran (@kiebenson) reported from Glyn-neath, Wales

@DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

  • PAULREES10 PAUL REES (@PAULREES10) reported from Pontarddulais, Wales

@JonyWestwood @btsport Watched it last week, never realised how good he had been. What a player 👏👏

  • WillJones15 Will Jones (@WillJones15) reported from Swansea, Wales

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

  • pulpeti4 pulpeti (@pulpeti4) reported

@btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare So you are about to lose another customer.

  • pembsbeerbosun Viv Edwards (@pembsbeerbosun) reported

Nice to see the compassion shown by @bt_uk when trying to reduce service costs for my dad after the passing of his wife of 68 years. Wanted to remove broadband that he now will have unused and be paying for for another 16 months. #nocompassion #noempathy

  • gideon_pope GideonPope (@gideon_pope) reported

@bt_uk So I took the day off work to be here and so have lost a days pay. Then you have the cheek to send me yet another automated text to rate your customer service. Your customer service is 0.

  • BeckyLakey Becky Lou (@BeckyLakey) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT! I keep getting messages to remind me to claim my reward for joining your broadband service but when I log into my account it tells me I have no reward to claim. I'm worried I'm going to miss out. Can you help please?

  • murat_demiral76 Murat Demiral (@murat_demiral76) reported

Just called BT @bt_uk . They say it is showing as a ‘missed appointment’ in their system because of Openreach with no reason @WeAreOpenreach. We have to book the appointment all over again. Wondering whether it was a bad idea to switch broadband to BT.

  • NumbErer90 Rene Rumberg 🇪🇪🇺🇦 (@NumbErer90) reported

@rahim94 @btsport Sucks for me that BT isn't broadcasting/streaming in my region, lol. Even though it should be doable over VPN i reckon..

  • RichAJones90 Richard Jones (@RichAJones90) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Kevin - I’m already speaking to someone in your “consumer relations” team who is chasing up @WeAreOpenreach . They can seemingly only email via a 3rd party, and it is very tedious/slow. It is @WeAreOpenreach who this is aimed at really, so the engineer can call / return

  • pulpeti4 pulpeti (@pulpeti4) reported

@btbusinesscare my email was working fine until 2pm today, then it stopped completely. You need to find someone who can fix it within the next hour or I will be an ex-customer. #BTBusinessFail #BTBusinessHopeless

  • pulpeti4 pulpeti (@pulpeti4) reported

@btbusinesscare @BTCustomerCare Sean - I have been down that route, it didn't work. Please provide me with a contact who is capable of fixing an email client issue. I did not change anything my side; you either have an outage or have messed my account up. #BTBusinessFail

  • TherionWare Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?
