@ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

More than usual number of nuisance calls this morn from different numbers all now blocked. Recorded messages claiming to be from Amazon or BT &c. Given the cost of having a landline @bt_uk should now invest a few 10s of millions into finding a permanent solution to this idiocy.

@bt_uk Yes but only after he died and we went through his affairs. BC he hadn't replied to an em he hadn't seen contracts ended and he automatically switched to higher rate. He paid by DD. Not discovered for 6 months. Widow now paying £49 pm for essentially the same service
