Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

Alex (@valdowine) reported@bt_uk we’ve been without broadband in Bramley, Guildford for 4 days now and customer service says it’s OpenReach “plans” to restore service by 31st of August? This is unacceptable.
