Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

Guaranteed Con!

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! BT have cut my landline off, and refuse to reinstate it. They do not care, and are sending a deadlock letter for the Ombudsman

I had to connect to @bt_uk WiFi to use the O2 network checker app, which is the only advice you’ve given. I want to cancel my contract for failure to provide the service I pay for.
