Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Finally got through to “customer services” and told it’s irreversible and new numbers is only solution. I’ve had mine 20+ years! Is this really your idea of good service?
