Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
