She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?
