Guaranteed Con!

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
