I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

Guaranteed Con!

Bob Marston (@noprobsbob) reported@bt_uk yesterday, I was told that a BT engineer would visit between 8am and 1pm. No one came. My complaint produced an apology, £25 credit and promise of an engineer same time today. I waited today’s 5 hours. Nothing happened. Back to the phone queue, I guess.
