@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

@bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I'm sorry @bt_uk for causing one of your team at technical support to have a giggle fit today. While trying to sort out a technical issue, I had a tub of paint delivered that needed the 14 layers of bubble wrap attacking to get it out. Then there was 6 layers of cling film, too.

@bt_uk Sorry I am venting James but this is really disappointing. The service from some of the sales team is not true to the companies values, I have BT for my business too and was told utter lies by one of the team in a sad attempt to up sell, BT should be a brand people can trust!

Really not sure what is going on at @KCOMbusiness @KCOMcare and @bt_uk but surely moving two SIP endpoints shouldn’t take 4 days. No service now since Friday at 6PM. Frustrating.

@bt_uk hi BT. I filled out a form saying I am moving 18/12. Checkout and it says services will be activated on 08/12. I don't want this as I won't have moved then? Please help!
