She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
