@bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@bt_uk Apparently not! I’ve done the troubleshooter from the app and all is right apparently! The speed from exchange to hub is 49.6 so according to the home page no issue! Farce! Dial up modem was quicker and I remember them!

A @BritishTelcom @bt_uk customer for over 50 yrs Margaret at 95 relies heavily on her phone line for her emergency button system & communication with the outside world. You’d think a fault on her phone line would be dealt with as a priority - being told AT least 48 hrs! FFS!
