Guaranteed Con!

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

Now the connection drops every single day! How is this possible? To say I am frustrated is an understatement. Why can’t you just fix it??

He said BT is a total bunch of liars too and that no one in customer service cares. He was fab. Now have a number to call to talk to someone about being wrongly sold the full hub package.
