@bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

@bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@bt_uk So you really make my life hard!! Internet so slow son constant complaining. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

@ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

@SkyFootball it's ridiculous to advertise showing a @Bundesliga_EN match and failing to commit to that especially at a time when 4 of your channels are taken up by one game that finished in time for kick off. @btsport never treated the Bundesliga like this!

My elderly relative has had his phone line cut off by @bt_uk which means his fall alarm doesn't work and we have trouble contacting him. BT say that when he renewed his package he didn't renew the landline. They've flagged it as a priority case and done nothing.
