    I still don't have my @bt_uk deposit refund, almost 30 days after requesting it. Anybody else having issues like this with BT?

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

    @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off ๐Ÿค” #cancelling

    @btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

    @chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

    @bt_uk Internet still down fault reported 6 days ago engineer came today says another 2/3 days absolute joke of a customer service all the promises made on TV adverts are a myth can't wait to get out of this contract !!! Thanks again BT

    @SharpHomeUK I have a Sharp Smart TV - please tell me how I can get the @btsport app as I am a new BT Sport customer through @EE I cannot find the app in the TVโ€™s app list, thank you.

    @SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

    @DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk Ethernet, and it was absolutely crap, then I unplugged it and itโ€™s absolutely rapid but if I was to play online wirelessly it would be awful so I have no idea whatโ€™s going on

    So glad that I don't live in England anymore! Huge fail from @bt_uk - They want to charge a pensioner that is trying to save money over 400 pounds to cancel an upgrade her 96-year-old mother agreed not understanding it was a 2-year contract! DISGUSTING!

    @bt_uk This is not acceptable the engineer who did the initial installation knew where and what the issue was and that a hoist was required. I find it unbelievable that know one has been out to assess the job and all you have done is send out engineers who might I add have been great

    Hey @bt_uk my father who is 91 years old and vulnerable has been put on a new contract that charges a fortune for calls, and despite trying you wonโ€™t help him to sort it out. He is left on hold and passed from pillar to post. Sort it out please.

    @bt_uk Honestly there's no point i won't be able to use the Internet and I'll get awful speed readings then your people will say its running really fast and we just go round in circles
