  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

  • WillJones15 Will Jones (@WillJones15) reported from Swansea, Wales

@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

  • TheRichPowell Rich Powell (@TheRichPowell) reported from Resolven, Wales

Good to see Britain in a recession and @SkySports & @btsport putting football on PPV! Absolute shocking how can companies do it! Let’s hope the viewing rates go down and you see seance absolute grabbers!

  • kiebenson Kieran (@kiebenson) reported from Glyn-neath, Wales

@DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

  • paulpottsmusic Paul Potts (@paulpottsmusic) reported from Aberavon, Wales

@chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

  • RobCurling Rob Curling (@RobCurling) reported

Dear @bt_uk We’re about to enter our second week of no landline/internet affecting a number of extremely vulnerable residents in our village who are ‘priority cases’, and with limited mobile phone signal or access. Cd you pls DM me to try and get this resolved.

  • frankensteirer yoo hoo (@frankensteirer) reported

@bt_uk Really would be a good idea to bring a cheaper social tariff for your 1gb broadband? Currently EE is £45 1gb but Vodafone and talktalk are as low as £30 :( definitely should be able to match that for the social help tariff?

  • nathanl3600 Nathan (@nathanl3600) reported

@bt_uk I’ve had no broadband all day please help

  • CarolynOtley Carolyn Otley (@CarolynOtley) reported

@cumpstonarchive @bt_uk And also worth being aware that text messages might get through when you can’t get a voice call to connect. Both are techniques we use fairly frequently in mountain rescue - I can often “talk” to people via text when they have a very poor signal and I can’t get a call through.

  • CarolynOtley Carolyn Otley (@CarolynOtley) reported

@cumpstonarchive @bt_uk However, practically, it’s worth people knowing it’s worth trying a 999 call from their mobile even if they don’t think they have a signal/phone isn’t showing a network. 999 calls will go through on any available network, not just yours, but not everyone realises this, (2/2)

  • TheNerdometer Nerdometer (@TheNerdometer) reported

@bt_uk Are any of you going to actually help or just sit doing nothing? What sort of customer service is this?

  • jamesboag jamesboag (@jamesboag) reported

@bt_uk Nothing at the moment, but if my router goes down How can I call you now that my landline runs via the router ? HAAHAHAHAH it's gone down ! Orange lights LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Back now.

  • 2plus3times5 Xavier Sprocker (@2plus3times5) reported

@bt_uk Nope... bored of talking on the message thing re this... excuse after excuse... Just letting people know they're not alone... Oh thanks for taking by direct debit yesterday when I still have no service... Still waiting for the compo promised after the digital switchover fiasco.
