Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
