So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.

I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
