    @btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass

  • danygraig70 Sarah Bell (@danygraig70) reported from Porthcawl, Wales

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

  • ryanprice1927 Ryan Price (@ryanprice1927) reported from Llantwit Fardre, Wales

Time to cancel @SkySports and @btsport as I am funding this bollox. £80 million ffs. Better centre halves in the Rhondda

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...

  • ricardofodol Richard A. Hughes (@ricardofodol) reported from Llanharan, Wales

    @VinSullivan @AIMS_Meat @btbusinesscare Yes, they're piss poor

  • kiebenson Kieran (@kiebenson) reported from Glyn-neath, Wales

@DarronDupre @WelshAmbulance @NHSDirectWales @bt_uk Thanks for your kind words. Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

  • TheRealTR19 Tyler Richards! △⃒⃘ (@TheRealTR19) reported from Pencoed, Wales

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

  • crocker74 Ryan Crocker (@crocker74) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport been trying to cancel or pause my subscription since football sent on hold. Phone lines jammed solid and No method via your website!!! Take a lead out of @sky book, and update your website. £36 a month for nothing! #Corvid19uk

  • Serian_G Serian Ganesh (@Serian_G) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales

@YouViewSupport @StrudwickM @bt_uk @itvhub @curryspcworld I forgot to say that your solution worked a charm! I noticed some privacy boxes were unticked, so I just allowed all and it worked. Thank you 😊

  • Steffan_McMahon Steffan McMahon (@Steffan_McMahon) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

  • dafyddlewis82 Dafydd Lewis (@dafyddlewis82) reported from Ynysybwl, Wales

@bt_uk need some help with my account please been waiting for an email from u to confirm something but not had it

  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MidEssexOD Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported

@bt_uk I have received various communications regarding my home phone service going digital which is fine. But in very small print it's mentioned that in the event of a power cut or broadband failure its impossible to make a 999 call. This message needs to be far more prominent!

  • LeonRenilson Leon Renilson (@LeonRenilson) reported

@btbusinesscare I only get updates from BT on dates YOU dictate to them-Openreachs ’we’ve no update’ isn’t even an update. Breathtaking lack of awareness. ‘Update’ rather suggests that something has progressed, but it hasn’t, similar to the way that you use the word help in @Openreachhelp

  • andymoor100 Andrew Moor (@andymoor100) reported

@bt_uk pink flashing lights on my router..any advice, we're in LS16 postcode. Any issues?

  • LeonRenilson Leon Renilson (@LeonRenilson) reported

@btbusinesscare I’ve been forwarded a copy of YOUR ’update’ to BT, so lets begin <Please can the CP case manage this and set the customer's expectations, as he's advised us he's not had any updates or timescales> so, first of all, Please point me to where I claim not to have had updates FROM BT

  • Retro_uk Steve (@Retro_uk) reported

@bt_uk Do you need a special sim to take advantage of 5G? My sim is about 2 years old and I don't seem to ever get a 5G signal on my iPhone 12. Thanks

  • kyte_sj Sj Kyte (@kyte_sj) reported

@bt_uk 48 mins later got a bit message about issues in the area

  • LeonRenilson Leon Renilson (@LeonRenilson) reported

@btbusinesscare I already have 🤡Case Reference: IMP-107511522 - 93 days since order and still no activation, all hardware in and working before day 1. I've tried Openreach again today and sent the following to them-once again they either lie or fail to respond.

  • TD1794 Thermidor (@TD1794) reported

@alandoh90773863 @btsport It’s possible for two things to be bad at the same time.

  • LeonRenilson Leon Renilson (@LeonRenilson) reported

@btbusinesscare If Openreach (YOU) want to tell BT to <set the customers expectations> then Openreach are going to have to actually offer information and commit to actual dates to begin with, THATS how you set customer expectation. Then you need to meet those dates (my go live was 18 June).

  • MidEssexOD Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England

@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.
