Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

After 48 years as a customer Iโm told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโs a name for that. Fraud.

Canโt get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough
