-
sharon simpson (@sharonSSN) reported from Porthcawl, Wales@bt_uk That’s a total fib! We already have super fast - a con

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported@simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
-
Keith (@MaloneiD) reported@Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming
-
George Somerville (@geosomerville) reportedWiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? No I can’t……
-
Adam Darke (@adarkelimited) reportedAnother 3 hours on phone to @bt_uk today. Still unresolved, still no call back from manager, still no email as promised from bosses. Comfortably the worst customer service in the UK.
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
AFCdonnilad (@afcdonnilad) reportedPT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
-
bakerbird (@cakey12) reported@bt_uk If your take the time to check & converse with each other you would see that several people have all been in touch saying the same thing ! Obviously it is a problem your end. Giving me another reason to leave
-
David Liddle (@aboycalleddavid) reported@bt_uk Is there a problem with account logins? I am trying to log in but when I get to the page where I enter my verification code sent to my email - the box disappears and the screen flicks to a white screen
-
Stockport871 (@stockport871) reported@bt_uk Hello, yesterday I highlighted I needed some extra support and the reasons why are on my account. I had a message to direct message you and you’d get back to me but you haven’t, any chance of hearing anything back? I’m now 8 days over the promised call back from a serious issue.
