@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

Also managed to get her to change phone provider and tried to upsell BT TV package. And all he was supposed to do was fix the patchy wifi in the house. I guess all BT engineers are on commission or something. This is all sounding pretty exploitative. @bt_uk

@bt_uk That was 18 months ago when we signed up to a new 2 year contract ...... 6 months till we can leave, and we will be, 2.5meg service at more than new customers pay for Fibre and no fibre going to be installed as we are on exchange only lines, so much for R100
