As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
