BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss
