Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. All staff were working hard and actively looking for solutions.

As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

It got deactivated but we were advised if our hub goes down again that they can reactivate the mini hub. Can you assist please. Thanks.
