Alyx (@ArtsAlyx) reported@bt_uk your customer service toward disabled people is utterly abysmal. my dad tried to report a fault via text, texted to what was clearly a bot that he can’t talk over the phone, one of your advisors rang him and hung up because they couldn’t understand him
-
Russell (@RussellR13) reported@bt_uk Two weeks to fix a fault isn't good enough. Not even close.

Tom ⚔️ (@ThomasPatchett) reported@bt_uk Ethernet, and it was absolutely crap, then I unplugged it and it’s absolutely rapid but if I was to play online wirelessly it would be awful so I have no idea what’s going on
-
Ian (@ian_morg1) reported@bt_uk This is not acceptable the engineer who did the initial installation knew where and what the issue was and that a hoist was required. -
Russell (@RussellR13) reported@bt_uk Nor is the complete lack of communication about what is going on. Customer service? What an absolute joke. I'd get better service from a half brick.
