It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Its quite a realistic call with strict tone that u feel u should follow instructions. Did 1471 and number that called me was 01816792513. Clearly scam that's an old London area code

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
