@bt_uk absolutely appalling customer service to my mum who had shielded since March 2020! She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

Unfortunately, Virgin is the only provider that doesn't need a landline to install the internet (I don't have a landline). In the end, they are all terrible. They are only good at ripping us off.
