As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

In the end, I just gave up completely, cancelled my service and got a new email account, with a new company. And so far, Zoho have been great !
