@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

@BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

@btbusinesscare This is the reply to the DM, shameful! I'm sorry to hear about the delays in getting you connected, we would always want our network to be repaired as soon as possible. We can't access fault information here for you, so you should continue to liaise with your provider for updates

@bt_uk new BT TV order, service starting tomorrow so why are you only dispatching the equipment today and why only on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service? So I’ll be paying for a service I cannot use for at least 3 days due to the weekend. Not a great start.

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk Good to hear it's been sorted out. It's a disgusting travesty to see how many of our seniors are legitimately ripped off and taken advantage of. Had the same kind of scenario going on when my grandfather past. Took months to get a couple companies to kick bricks. Capitalism sucks

@bt_uk Why is broadband so "cheap" but, the cost of line rental goes up and up ? Loyal customer of almost thirty years but, still being charged an arm and a leg. The cable from the cabinet to my house is still the same as it ever was.
