Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back.
