It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

This is the poorest service and customer service I have ever received. 4 missed appointments, false promises, ‘filing complaints’, not knowing what is going on and doing nothing about it.
