@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

Latest update, @BT_uk Openreach now saying wont be out until 22nd Dec to repair the damaged caused by Virgin Media contractors. Absolutely appalling service, be 4 weeks without internet! Just not good enough at all 😡

@bt_uk No point whatsoever Aled. We have been complaining for almost two years. We have a signal booster in every room. We’ve had several engineers out. The wifi drops out almost daily. You are simply not fulfilling your contract now. We want out.
