I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Simon Conway-Smith (@SConwaySmith) reportedIf @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!

Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.

Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday
