As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?
