Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
