My postcode is CF39 9HL - I had to find out for myself that maintenance is being carried out to rectify a problem, what’s happening now? Also, will I get a refund? Thank you!

It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it
