Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.
