I had at least 3 conversations with staff saying this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

@bt_uk I still have no fibre broadband connection, it's the 4th day now having to rely on hybrid connect, which we only have a moderate signal to the network

@bt_uk Hey why are you trying to renege AGAIN on a refer a friend voucher? Every time I refer someone you try the same trick to say it was ordered outside of the referall link, you cancelled the appt 3 times! I will not accept this treatment again. Your customer service is awful

@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@bt_uk please please please HELP ME I have had 4 Engineers out. Every time close call = fixed. 0.4MB/s is not fixed. So raise a complaint Julie is great but missed her call. you can raise a complaint but can never call them back - please call me & fix my broadband

@bt_uk The loyalty team sent out the engineer. They stated that if the engineer is unable to rectify the problem he would report this and the contract would be cancelled as prior agreed with the loyalty team. It’s no surprise that I haven’t heard from them really.

Hello @bt_uk - it seems hard to contact you on your website without being a customer - I want to complain about some workmen who claimed to be working for you, who drilled through a gas main causing us to be evacuated from our flats. They tried to cover it up with concrete.
