@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

@Jon62011598 @bt_uk The service has been shocking. Let's hope they still finally give me back my money

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

  • DonKiano Don Maidment (@DonKiano) reported from Maesycwmmer, Wales

@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

  • emmalee909 Emma Harris ♥♬ (@emmalee909) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales

@YouViewSupport @StrudwickM @bt_uk @itvhub @curryspcworld I forgot to say that your solution worked a charm! I noticed some privacy boxes were unticked, so I just allowed all and it worked. Thank you 😊

  • Serian_G Serian Ganesh (@Serian_G) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales

Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

  • TNevillee Tom Neville (@TNevillee) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@bt_uk @tom_blissy BT it is TOM a who needs you he can’t work currently as you can’t fix his WiFi issues as he works from home please resolve this so he can work.

  • SoKarma4 Lewis (@SoKarma4) reported

@bt_uk your broadband is horrendous. Every single night between 11 and 12pm the internet completely drops out, inconsistent speeds all throughout the day with random drop outs & no fibre availability for months and months so have to deal with awful download & upload speeds!

  • Jacklin_Stellar Jacklin Stellaris (@Jacklin_Stellar) reported

@bt_uk Hoping you can help, lost internet at around 8 am Jan 8th, was told there was a fault and it would be fixed, it came back for an hour and has been down since, after calling we were send and automated phone call saying the internet was back up but it isn't and hasnt for 24h

  • ruritchie Ruth Ritchie (@ruritchie) reported

@bt_uk Will do thanks, but almost invariably, the tests say nothing wrong because the test isn’t run in the minutes when the service is absent. Intermittent fault. For 20 years. Community FTTP is due but still awaiting latest update from Openreach. Covid causing so many problems.

  • GearBuzzler GeerBuzzler (@GearBuzzler) reported

@bt_uk No. It happens whenever one of the local footy team are playing. The speeds do go up and down quite drastically and even freeze temporarily. I have conducted speed tests to confirm this. I'm out of contract next month so I shall hopefully get better performance when I change 👍

  • LeanneSmith29 Leanne Smith (@LeanneSmith29) reported

@bt_uk I have spoke with them already about 4 times this week to try and get this sorted. However I’m not getting anyway. All I need is someone to install in my house and connect into the green box then I can work from home. However apparently on the system is saying we have no network

  • keirong Keiron Goodwin 🇪🇺💙 #RejoinEU #BRejoin (@keirong) reported

@bt_uk Price should be based on service received not service someone 500yards away receives.

  • LeanneSmith29 Leanne Smith (@LeanneSmith29) reported

@bt_uk I will wait to see what @OpenreachHelp say to my tweet as apparently it’s their fault and will go from there. It’s very bad customer service I am receiving from both parties.

  • keirong Keiron Goodwin 🇪🇺💙 #RejoinEU #BRejoin (@keirong) reported

@bt_uk Also the fix bot reported it was a problem in our home... what a shock... same as the time it was reported over and over as being in the home when it was a corroded line on the pole to house wire.

  • A_Payne90 APayne1990 (@A_Payne90) reported

@Colchesterviews @bt_uk In terms of there line rental if you don’t use the landline like a large amount of people asked to be put on there pay as you go service then your not paying I.E £5 p/m for 200mins etc
