    @bt_uk I still have no fibre broadband connection, it's the 4th day now having to rely on hybrid connect, which we only have a moderate signal to the network

    I had at least 3 conversations with staff saying this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

    @bt_uk Hey why are you trying to renege AGAIN on a refer a friend voucher? Every time I refer someone you try the same trick to say it was ordered outside of the referall link, you cancelled the appt 3 times! I will not accept this treatment again. Your customer service is awful

    @btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach So you installed fibre900 back in Feb, installer botches the job and drills holes all way thru walls. So bad you have to come a 2nd time to install correctly, leaving my walls full of holes. I complain and I'm passed to openreach... 1/2

    @bt_uk Thanks for that - good to know, but we feel were being ignored here! So if you're blaming Openreach, why can't you preasure them for better I do? Makes BT look bad. There are thousands of local people affected by this. I accept problems occur. Why can't you tell us about them?

    @EE It's with EE but @bt control the green cabinets at the end of my street and I've spoken to an engineer working in the box. he said wires dislodge causing issues for all customers. It's time @bt_uk updraded! Pls help thx

    @bt_uk Thanks Dee. This was a deliberate attempt to mislead. I’m fortunate I knew this and was able to reject their attempts to move me to EE or to get me back onto a contract. It’s definitely not what I expect of BT or any other service provider.

    @btbusinesscare 4 weeks as a new customer & what can I say. Wish I had never left my previous network #terribleservice only open Mon to Fri 8-6!! God only knows how you calculate data but we are “using” double what we were using before! feel like you’ve scammed us!!

    @bt_uk Broadband down in our villages MK43 area - Carlton Harrold etc in BEDS You told us yesterday the problem would be resolved by 4pm. Still down. Buts what's worse is the total lack of information. Why can't you tell us what's going on?
