She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Carl (@CTR200) reportedHi @btsport. The app on my PS5 continually crashes after about 15-20 seconds. I have tried reinstalling the app but the problem persists. Sometimes it will give me code VC019. Any ideas? It's just that I wouldn't mind watching the football, I kind of like it.
