Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

Which is why I've reported it to them. But honestly thank you for responding I really appreciate it.

Not sure how you will resolve unless you fix the Degraded Mast which is causing signal issues. Meaning, no signal to use the phone!
