The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.
