It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

He put me on hold to get through to the correct team and then cut me off after five minute. @bt_uk this is disgusting. I want this contract cancelled but no one will help.

It's painful - I've explained the exact nature and location of the problem several times, but they don't get it.
