Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass

@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

@bt_uk funny how you are supplying data to the nhs workers yet unable to help us switch from you to another provider in the designated time leaving our 15,500 patients unable to get through to us during the pandemic, when they need us most #rumneyprimarycarecentre

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

  • JavidFarahani Javid Farahani (@JavidFarahani) reported

@bt_uk it is more than an hour that I am in the queue to talk to your customer service. I need to know the TIME that your engineer is planning to come to my flat tomorrow!

  • DaneHearth Dane (@DaneHearth) reported

@PleasantKenobi @bt_uk BT Openreach took 2 months to move my current line, with no work around. They've never been able to provide a line on time in the 6 times I've moved.

  • DanielCraft94 Daniel Craft (@DanielCraft94) reported

@OpenreachHelp case with openreach raised by BT was told next update is 27Jan, not good enough very disappointing as service was meant to be active 22Oct, please can I ask if someone’s part of this team is able to work with me to locate the issue case and chase please @bt_uk

  • dogsgoshopping Dasdesigns (@dogsgoshopping) reported

@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I get it this morning it’s been no service again flicks out at wrong moment

  • 34SeigeRhinos Euan Henderson (@34SeigeRhinos) reported

@_Paulsicle @PleasantKenobi @bt_uk I suspect that it is dependent on where you are and how often you have issues with the Infrastructure. I had to deal with them about 4 time over the 7 years and it was totally fine if a little expensive. I've heard from other people that they can be a pain.

  • exdure ryan (@exdure) reported

@bt_uk no fix, smart hub starts by staying solid green for a minute or so, then flashes pink/purple then flashes a steady orange ???

  • omitbdf Peter Charles (@omitbdf) reported

@Bonzodogg1 @BTCare Similar problems over the years. Always trying to fob me off with must be the ‘Wi-Fi in the house’ bla bla bla and sending me links for advice to children. It’s always outside and always found, eventually, in their creaking infrastructure.

  • _Paulsicle STAY AT HOME | Paul Palmer (@_Paulsicle) reported

@PleasantKenobi @34SeigeRhinos @bt_uk I wonder if it's based on the area because we've had the highest speed package from Virgin Media for years and never had an issue but I know lots of people that have. Sucks that BT has done this though especially in a time when so many people are working from home. Holiday? :P

  • rocketjohn rocketjohn (@rocketjohn) reported

@PleasantKenobi @bt_uk Apologies if this isn’t useful but for a professional broadband service I can recommend @aaisp - lower ratios of customer to bandwidth to ensure you always get what you pay for. You also don’t have to pay for a voice service if you don’t need it.

  • PleasantKenobi PleasantKenobi (@PleasantKenobi) reported

@bt_uk Claire, I know you are just piloting the PR account - but that response isn't good enough. I don't want to go super Karen, but "not have all the same capabilities" translates to your mistake stopping me doing my job. Heads up; I asked for a complaint to be logged already.
