It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

I.e any new 📞 service will need to be via internet by that 2023 date. Everyone needs to be off current network well before 2025.
