    @RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

    @daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

    Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

    So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

    @btbusinesscare Oh, you have no idea how much patience I’ve had to excercise with BT for a few years. Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

    @bt_uk We haven't had internet for the last 3 days, still don't and your customer service has been awful. We all need the internet in the house to work and fulfill tasks but your company just doesn't seem bothered at all.

    @ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk Have avoided BT retail for the last 20 years. Now with Zen - cant fault them, UK based, excellent customer service. You'd still have to deal with OpenReach with the install, which may still be an issue from what I can see?

    today is a slow day 1hour 25minutes to download an image on @bt_uk which is only 20mb Ill understand 2GB or more. Ill get the usual BS they are giving me the speed, but why should I pay the same monthly fee for (dialup) broadband as someone who actually gets FAST broadband?

    Now been on hold for over 30 minutes @bt_uk you were meant to install fibre to the property yesterday. You organised for my previous provider to cancel our contract with them. Now no hot water or heating as it's a hive set up. And no help!!!
