Its quite a realistic call with strict tone that u feel u should follow instructions. Did 1471 and number that called me was 01816792513. Clearly scam that's an old London area code

So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.
