Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

Last week, engineer came after 5 days without internet, came in, took double connector off phone line, plugged into main line, wala, fixed. Wish someone could have talked me through checking line myself
