Rebecca Irvine (@RebIrvine) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?
-
Julian Evans 🏴 (@julianevans11) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk If you provided the service I’m paying for I wouldn’t have to use my mobile data. I’m meant to be working from home tonight and tomorrow night. Do you want to tell my boss I can’t because I don’t have sufficient internet access??
-
Wayne Hadley (@WayneHadley) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@SkyCricket @BeefyBotham @David215Gower Beefy wants to travel the world promoting his @BothamWines and btw it's something very special 🍷but to call it a day with @David215Gower is a terrible decision. No doubt we will see him on @btsport or @primevideosport
-
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

Leon Ip (@ippyfuzion) reported from Newport, Wales@bt_uk No known issue. Since there was BT van outside my home doing some sort of upgrade on the copper wires of the area. Internet been very poor. Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!
-
Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, WalesWhy is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage
-
Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.
-
James Moss (@UKEmpLawyer) reported from Allt-yr-Yn, Wales@omitbdf @bt_uk The person I spoke to from @bt_uk, who eventually called me back, did not know what LOS meant on the Openreach ONT. I had to Google it & informed him it meant Loss of Signal. Pathetic service so far - we still have no WiFi.
-
Gregg 🏴 (@GreggC_CC) reported from Newport, Wales@jackfb22 @btsport @btsportrugby @virginmedia Glad it's on channel 4 too today. Even if it's not so good commentary. Has to be a feed issue somewhere, because the adverts were fine.
-

Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!
-
Rich M (@Smilers_Coffee) reported from Pontypridd, Wales@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. -
Di- Rect..🎗️🇮🇱🇬🇧(To The Point) (@ReformedMr) reported@bt_uk After yesterday’s direct messages with one of your employees I thought this problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, that is already been dashed by your total ignorance not to help after you promised me you would help. It would be elevated to a higher level . Nothing.
-
Moyboy (@charlesdor66408) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Fair bit of damage there Jim to soffits and fascia boards also looks like a scaffold job as well. Don't know why you have to chase up estimates?

andy grey (@andy_gray) reported@bt_uk I can’t resolve ‘online’ a phone fault. It’s for my blind 87 year old father who hasn’t got a mobile phone, internet or indeed at the moment a functioning land line. His phone is not the issue. How do I moved forward and actually speak to someone?
-
andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!
-
Carol Lord (@CarolLo58903853) reported@bt_uk Have finally spoken to someone this am. Despite it being a similar fault rectified by openreach in the past somewhere down the track, was told nothing BT could do & suggested I try a different b/b provider!! -
heebee (@KHC99d) reported@bt_uk @Xkay26x Our mother has been waiting weeks and let down on numerous occasions. Told to escalate. Escalating doesn’t make a difference. Same with our work contract - nobody cares and they re not to be trusted anymore. Since EE took over they’re appalling
-
Akram🇵🇸 (@akrxm94) reported@bt_uk What’s the point if when I call and I’m on hold for more than 10 minutes, I get cut off? Why can’t there be a simple button to press to cancel subscriptions?
