Kev Parkin (@KevParkin3) reported@bt_uk why do all your broadband service status checkers, troubleshooting and fault reporting pages require the customer to enter their BT phone number when you sell broadband without a phoneline... i.e. you cannot log a fault or check status. Really poor.
