@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@bt_uk what’s going on guys - after a run of two weeks and no internet issues now we’ve got nothing again !

  • touristory Annette Pritchard (@touristory) reported from Barry, Wales

With no irony intended, I’ve been trying to download this story for 5 minutes. Nowhere as bad as some of the worst areas I imagine but really a few lines of text, just a couple of miles from Cardiff #Sully @BT_UK

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • vicki2209 Vicki Slaine (@vicki2209) reported

@bt_uk you allow this to happen to thousands of customers per year! An explanation and resolution is expected ASAP

  • shorleywall Alexandra Turnbull (@shorleywall) reported

@bt_uk Hi I'm sorry but you promised a call back, you didn't complete it as agreed, when you phoned with a call back you transferred me to the hold queue. If sitting in a hold queue was a solution I would have done it. Please arrange for a helpful call back to be made.

  • scottberwick Scott (@scottberwick) reported

@bt_uk Understood. As I said - there’s an older population in Leuchars - so you’ve potentially got a lot of over 70s that aren’t as able to do online support or be willing to sit waiting for 50 minutes - who are effectively cut off.

  • dogandcatmum Lady Jayne 🍾🥂🐈‍⬛🦮🇺🇦🌈💜 (@dogandcatmum) reported

@bt_uk I need to report a fault on a friend's line. I've tried the fault line but it keeps disconnecting. My friend lives in a rural area with very little mobile signal. It is imperative her line is sorted. Please advise.

  • vicki2209 Vicki Slaine (@vicki2209) reported

@bt_uk Can you explain why you have allowed someone to take over my line without consent? Even though I have contacted you multiple times to tell you no?! Absolutely ridiculous service!

  • Beaumont2116 Roy Beaumont (@Beaumont2116) reported

@bt_uk Don't need it my phone has a wireless hot spot which I run smart TV, xbox live, laptop from with no problems

  • bethsleafordx Beth Sleaford (@bethsleafordx) reported

@bt_uk I’ve tried to contact the faults team via text and had no reply, I’m having issues with my internet

  • nmstoker Neil Stoker (@nmstoker) reported

@bt_uk you've seriously understaffed support lines! Wait 48 mins to get through to 1st chap, then after sorting part of my issue, he transferred me. Was assured that 2nd wait wouldn't be so long (as internal transfer) but I'm back in a queue, total call time 1h21m so far 🤬

  • Stephen14908412 Stephen Brown (@Stephen14908412) reported

@hellwaiver @bt_uk @VirginMediaCorp I think that's a great idea, I to have had problems with BT and I'm going to virgin media I will be doing that when I receive my virgin media router.

  • mstmrvelusmummy joanne cair (@mstmrvelusmummy) reported

a lot less painful and stressful. I would still have been seriously peeved that some idiot cut our cable but I would have understood the reason for the lengthy delay. Instead we were messed about and lied to and as a result have cancelled @virginmedia and gone to @bt_uk instead.
