@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@louanndavies @bt_uk Sky, ee, talk talk etc all use BT's lines anyway so they can't offer better speeds other networks like Virgin can as completely different but BT's customer service is better than Virgin just wish BT would roll out faster speeds, I get 24 on good day Virgin can offer 640mb ☹

@bt_uk BT are a joke was on chat yesterday regarding fault told engineer coming 23rd email says 29th yet told it is has been prioritised, the fault was reported 17th, engineer will find no problem in house it’s at the exchange always is it’s a recurring fault, bloody useless 🤬🤬🤬🤬
