@btsport been trying to cancel or pause my subscription since football sent on hold. Phone lines jammed solid and No method via your website!!! Take a lead out of @sky book, and update your website. £36 a month for nothing! #Corvid19uk

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • TNevillee Tom Neville (@TNevillee) reported from Trethomas, Wales

Honestly have the worst internet in the whole of South Wales, contacted @bt_uk so many times to sort it but **** all has been done. Joke of a company

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass

  • JanineBates Janine Bates (@JanineBates) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk funny how you are supplying data to the nhs workers yet unable to help us switch from you to another provider in the designated time leaving our 15,500 patients unable to get through to us during the pandemic, when they need us most #rumneyprimarycarecentre

  • Owen_Jenkss Owen (@Owen_Jenkss) reported from Risca, Wales

@bt_uk how is my connection so bad, 300kbp/s download speed absolute joke, I can’t even load a video on my phone *************** now

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

  • Statto1927 Simon Hiscocks (@Statto1927) reported from Barry, Wales

Commentator on this match just apologised if any Portuguese speakers are hearing any “fruity” language as can hear players clearly. Going to be a nightmare for @SkySports @btsport commentators when UK football restarts. Will be continually apologising for bad language 🤬

  • rubyrockcake111 Jo (@rubyrockcake111) reported from Barry, Wales

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @BBCXRay @skytv No Broadband, no landline no downloads, no catchup etc, for 6 weeks. Every week it’s a different excuse. This week lightening strike! I’m getting really fed up. Please someone help.🤯

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • luzetah_ luzetah (@luzetah_) reported

@bt_uk became a customer on the 1st, yet we don't have internet access and we won't have any news about an engineer coming to fix it until Friday. This is unacceptable in this day and age, wouldn't have changed my provider if I had known.

  • J_PaulDevine Paul Devine (@J_PaulDevine) reported

@bt_uk no point you just tell there's nothing up I really do not like broadband you provide how can I drop from 75mbps down ( previous supplier)to aveage 3-7mbps? I wish I went elsewhere Ive only been with BT since the end of january 2021, unfortunately got another 15 months of hell

  • firefly233 ashamed Brit (@firefly233) reported

@bt_uk Your speed is what I should get, by my contract. But that is still years out of date. To describe 76mbps as "super fast broadband" is laughable. That is incredibly slow...but the best you can do? When you going to offer 21st century speeds?

  • robhodgeslivec1 Rob (@robhodgeslivec1) reported

@bt_uk @Baggiepr Feel your pain, going through this now, wish I never joined bt now. So many lies they tell without any concern for there customers.

  • MoseMajorMC MoseMajorMC (@MoseMajorMC) reported

@bt_uk Feel free to Dm me the support phone number.

  • tomlikeafox Tomlikeafox (@tomlikeafox) reported

@MoseMajorMC @bt_uk Critical mistake. You used BT Worst service I’ve ever used. I’ll never use them again.

  • omd_tim Tim Slater (@omd_tim) reported

@jturko123 @bt_uk Here’s £100 money back. Your internet connection will still be crap though.

  • Lauren91005460 Lauren (@Lauren91005460) reported

@bt_uk No known issues. It's a joke how many people have been without internet for 5 days.

  • briansparrow191 Brian Sparrow (@briansparrow191) reported

@bt_uk Ok, here’s a question. My landline and broadband went down Thursday at Midday. I have been told the earliest I’ll be back online is April 7th but more likely April 9th. Apparently this is acceptable for BT. Oh and I was offline for all of January as well.

  • Mon_Jet Me (@Mon_Jet) reported

@btsport I'm just surprised you didn't lose the signal just before the cat was caught, fail to get it back for a few hours, while ignoring everyone who wanted to know what happening.
