@btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc
-
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense
-
Nörm•i•am (@storrmin571) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales
@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.
-
Ryan Crocker (@crocker74) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@btsport been trying to cancel or pause my subscription since football sent on hold. Phone lines jammed solid and No method via your website!!! Take a lead out of @sky book, and update your website. £36 a month for nothing! #Corvid19uk

Annette Pritchard (@touristory) reported from Barry, Wales
With no irony intended, I’ve been trying to download this story for 5 minutes. Nowhere as bad as some of the worst areas I imagine but really a few lines of text, just a couple of miles from Cardiff #Sully @BT_UK
-
Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales
@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each
-
Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales
So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change
-
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...
-
Simon❌ (@simoncoolston) reported from Rhoose, Wales
@btsport box office to watch ufc is total bull shit when I pay for bt sports to watch ufc and then you pick and choose for us to pay again then for main events !! Piss take 😤! #bt #ufc
-
Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales
Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage
-
Ryan Price (@ryanprice1927) reported from Llantwit Fardre, Wales
Time to cancel @SkySports and @btsport as I am funding this bollox. £80 million ffs. Better centre halves in the Rhondda

@bt_uk are pretty useless. Log a broadband fault and their system says they hope to fix it by the 7th February. What sort of SLA is that consider what we pay for BT FTTC and line that is a joke!

Damian Peters (@deeadampeters) reported
The absolute catastrophic incompetence of BT and Openreach is incredible. A month later and no broadband service and no TV service. BTs call centre is beyond useless, and their systems/processes are incomprehensible. C*NTS. @BTCare @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp
-
Daniel 🏳️🌈 (@LightningLariat) reported
Hey @bt_uk mind explaining this? My speeds should not be this bad. I usually get an average speed between 10 and 12 Mbp/s. But the last few days my speeds have been pathetically slow.
-
Steve Walker (@spwalker) reported
Well, @bt_uk, I'm disappointed that I pay over £50/month for my broadband, and have been a customer for decades. But new customers get an offer of under £30/month for their fibre broadband. I'd be grateful to hear your justification for stiffing loyal customers, please?
