    @btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

    @bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

    @bt_uk If you provided the service I’m paying for I wouldn’t have to use my mobile data. I’m meant to be working from home tonight and tomorrow night. Do you want to tell my boss I can’t because I don’t have sufficient internet access??

    @bt_uk absolutely appalling customer service to my mum who had shielded since March 2020! She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

    @btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

    Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

    @bt_uk Hey there! No it’s still not working 🥺 however, I’m moving out of my house tomorrow and Into my new one. I’ve already spoke to an advisor about this a few weeks back but I’m not sure what to do? There’s no point ringing for an engineer when I’m moving. Shall we DM?

    @bt_uk having trouble with our home broadband. Have followed your advice on texting a number, but no reply & still the same. Also, can't access own account either, even after pin number for resetting password. Can you please assist? Is there any phone number I can ring? Thanks.

    @Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

    @bt_uk No known issue. Since there was BT van outside my home doing some sort of upgrade on the copper wires of the area. Internet been very poor. Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

    @MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

    @btsport @btsportfootball what I would change in football. Cancel injury time and adopt rugby rules. Clock stops at half time and fulltime and whistle blows when ball out of play.

    @bt_uk Kevin, 2nd March came to install, found obstruction, needed a follow up survey. Nothing further. Obstruction now gone. Still nothing. BT keep chasing Openreach. Still nothing. Just me and BT customer services having regular conversations that end with a promise to escalate.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp does it help to get things done by publicly calling out rubbish service? Openreach have been coming to survey our property for BT fibre since 2nd March. 2nd March!!!! Even BT customer services are 😱 every time I ring now...how long 🤬🤯

    @bt_uk Hi Laura, for some reason I am unable to hang up & break a call the caller has to hang up on me. Even on record at the bank. If I hang up call remains connected & I can hear the comments of the caller who thinks I have hung up.i don't mind this so not an issue for me.Form of ID

    .@BTCare We're supposed to have superfast broadband, but upload speed is only 20, and sometimes the service is non-existent. No chance of streaming TV or films, contact keeps cutting out (several times today). Can you do something about it please? Postcode IP13 7AN.

    @bt_uk I did last time but it took a long time & then You sent a letter which I did not understand . I have dyscalculia so any number activities are a no no. I will just continue to annoy the caller till until lose it & hang up. Very persistent..but so am I.

    @bt_uk Hi Not yet, my hub is in the bottom corner of the house, but my gaming setup is in the roof. We have booster discs that get the signal stable but ping is an issue. Bt will move the line going into the property to the centre but at a cost that isn't achievable right now

    @bt_uk Understandable. I've use the site above and it says there are no issues in my area, however, when I called BT the fault team sent a message and that did say there was an issue, so unsure why both aren't agreeing?
