Pauline Lomax (@RedhillsAnnie) reported from Cardiff, Wales@Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?
-
Rob S Photography (@photographyrsp) reported from Porth, WalesDear @bt_uk It has been over week since I’ve had a mobile signal at home! My postcode is CF39 9HL - I had to find out for myself that maintenance is being carried out to rectify a problem, what’s happening now? Also, will I get a refund? Thank you!
-
Steve Johns (@johnsey80) reported from Cardiff, WalesI'm not a @bt_uk customer but spoke to Payel via their chat service today to help my sister out. Above and beyond customer service, a credit to the company. Thank you Payel & BT

Don Maidment (@DonKiano) reported from Maesycwmmer, Wales@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss
-
Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, WalesWhy is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage
-
Gerald J Davies (@GerJDav) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Any chance you can help @btbusinesscare ? It’s so annoying
-

Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense
-
Simon Hiscocks (@Statto1927) reported from Barry, WalesCommentator on this match just apologised if any Portuguese speakers are hearing any “fruity” language as can hear players clearly. Going to be a nightmare for @SkySports @btsport commentators when UK football restarts. Will be continually apologising for bad language 🤬
-
Leon Ip (@ippyfuzion) reported from Newport, Wales@bt_uk No known issue. Since there was BT van outside my home doing some sort of upgrade on the copper wires of the area. Internet been very poor. Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!
-

-
Gregg 🏴 (@GreggC_CC) reported from Newport, Wales@jackfb22 @btsport @btsportrugby @virginmedia Glad it's on channel 4 too today. Even if it's not so good commentary. Has to be a feed issue somewhere, because the adverts were fine.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).
-
Scooby Miller (@Ragingtaxpayer) reported@bt_uk Fibre down again in G13, getting sick of this. Ever since you jumped in with EE the service has been garbage. Sick of paying you people good money for crap internet.
-
Aaron Law (@AaronLaw92) reported@bt_uk hello my account is completely broken, still cannot login - says access denied!
-
Titch (@XxTitch92xX) reported@BasilTheGreat Well then it will be no more internet for me. Im not going to back down to their demands, plus ill save money for having to pay for the internet. So i guess @bt_uk and others will be pissed at the loss of money. I wont be the only one it will be millions if not billions.
-
pete replica (@petereplica) reported@bt_uk Cut off my phone and net 1 week ago, instead of an upgrade. Got net back this week. Now I don't have a phone no. I can get no response from BT now. Customer of 50 years. Treated like filth. B'band speed 1/2 what is promised. Really appalling treatment.
-
Justine Clement (@JustClembo) reported@bt_uk They’ve spent hours and hours doing that and even your team say it’s a complete mess and a shambles. It’s a disgrace, being the worst, most stressful aspect of moving house. How can you be proud of that as a business and service?
-
Alan Swanson (@Haggisguy) reported@bt_uk I cannot be the only person facing this issue, been doing it online for years, until the current bill.
-
Tod ◣ ◢ (@tod1877) reported@measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad, hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done, they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't
-
Paul Williams (@DonPauleone1987) reported@bt_uk hi. Hope you’re well. Tried DMing you about an issue with my account but I keep getting an auto response to log in to the app. Part of the issue I’m having is not being able to do that. I’m not calling 150 either. Please can someone reach out. Thanks. Paul.

Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
