As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

Everything works fine, until you start to stream BBC iPlayer, then it works for a couple of minutes before bricking the whole hub. The hub stops working for 5~ minutes & then resumes as normal (until the next time you try iPlayer)
