@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

  • iainmspillane anfänglichinteressantesaberunterwältigendeslied (@iainmspillane) reported from Grangetown Community, Wales

@btsport Having a few audio issues with the commentary here. A few words are getting garbled and I can’t understand most of what they’re saying. Can you ask Fletcher to take his tongue out of Messi’s arse and that should clear it all up?

  • cosmickx 🔮 ᴄᴏꜱᴍɪᴄᴋ ᴍɪsᴀ || (@cosmickx) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk We haven't had internet for the last 3 days, still don't and your customer service has been awful. We all need the internet in the house to work and fulfill tasks but your company just doesn't seem bothered at all.

  • ferch_Cenydd Hadley 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺☠️🌈 (@ferch_Cenydd) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btbusinesscare Oh, you have no idea how much patience I’ve had to excercise with BT for a few years. Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

  • speedupdating Nick Speed (@speedupdating) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@seimon76 @privilegecafe_ @DC_Wales Try the #DevicesDotNow campaign from @futuredotnowuk which we have been supporting at @bt_uk - with devices going to @Online_Centres - longer term, it may be worth considering joining the network - pob lwc. #digitalinclusion

@bt_uk I am still having issues yes, someone at EE is currently investigating whether or not I have the package on my contract (I do)

  • starr3126 Gareth Starr (@starr3126) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

  • JanineBates Janine Bates (@JanineBates) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk funny how you are supplying data to the nhs workers yet unable to help us switch from you to another provider in the designated time leaving our 15,500 patients unable to get through to us during the pandemic, when they need us most #rumneyprimarycarecentre

  • 4rickus4 Jack Rickus (@4rickus4) reported from Saint Nicholas, Wales

@EE a few weeks back I could watch BTSport on my Xbox or Fire TV, now I can do neither without being told I need to upgrade my subscription. Can you help please?

  • Statto1927 Simon Hiscocks (@Statto1927) reported from Barry, Wales

Commentator on this match just apologised if any Portuguese speakers are hearing any “fruity” language as can hear players clearly. Going to be a nightmare for @SkySports @btsport commentators when UK football restarts. Will be continually apologising for bad language 🤬

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SUKHTHIND Sukh Thind (@SUKHTHIND) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare the proble has not been resolved. How can you ask for money to get out of contract, WHEN, BT are not supplying the product. Not sure how you will resolve unless you fix the Degraded Mast which is causing signal issues. Meaning, no signal to use the phone!

  • joegs JoeG_Trident Fitness (@joegs) reported

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I guess when you have monopoly and let engineers pick and choose jobs with no management or accountability treating customers like **** is just part and parcel of the whole shitshow

  • Permanentlypis1 ALittleLessPissedOff (@Permanentlypis1) reported

And actually thinking about it, it's not that you don't care, it's that you really don't give a **** about disibility, there's a @bt_uk van parked/dumped in a disabled bay for 3 weeks now using someone else's badge, reported 2x causing issues for others and you've done sweet fa!

  • illusiveSmoove illusive Man (@illusiveSmoove) reported

@bt_uk It’s connected to the hub. The box is not responding to the remote. I have nothing but bad experience with your service. Every month

  • peterhuwfarmer Peter Huw Farmer (@peterhuwfarmer) reported

@bt_uk @MeNyrbie Don’t do it! I switched from VM to BT and the service is appalling. Internet cut off daily over past month. Going back to VM as BT keep fobbing me off with long drawn out conversations that resolve nothing

  • JonnyMKUK Jonny Wilson (@JonnyMKUK) reported

@NOW Just a delay with @OpenreachHelp (BT) @bt_uk ironically as that’s who I’m with now so no reason for there to be a problem. NOW keep saying it’s openreach and I will be updated in 24 hours, this has now been over a week

  • Permanentlypis1 ALittleLessPissedOff (@Permanentlypis1) reported

@bt_uk Hi it's @lambeth_council issue to sort out, they fail to police blue badges and being disabled myself it tends to annoy when local authorities ignore blue bladge abuse and misuse. Which is why I've reported it to them. But honestly thank you for responding I really appreciate it.

  • Rudi82596806 Rudi (@Rudi82596806) reported

@bt_uk Hi David. No problem is still the same. I need to click on 'credentials required' which then goes to the BT hotspot site. If I then click ' use network as it is' it will login. Thanks, Rudi

  • emmaadie emma adie (@emmaadie) reported

@bt_uk How do you escalate complaints which are being dismissed even though issues aren't being resolved and engineers just don't show up? And if that isn't an option, how do I end my contract with you when you're aren't maintaining your side of the agreement?

  • bazzeroony Bazzeroony (@bazzeroony) reported

@diamcl18 @bt_uk Well here I am months on from the initial problem. It still doesn't work. I still have Word files on one machine that refuse to sync through the Cloud folder.#btcloud
