The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

Now 3 weeks later of broken promises after broken promise they still can't re-connect us. @bt_uk this is total incompetence and foot dragging to repair your mistakes.

As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?
