Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
