She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

Missed first one didn’t come on wait a week for the next date given doesn’t come on again I call up have to wait for an engineer for a week he turns up and says it’s BT’s end goes away.

the Poundshop Guv’nor (@PoundshopGuv) reported@BethanMW @bt_uk for me it took BT five goes including a disconnection of working service totally out of the blue, after 2 weeks of 40+min phone queues and speaking to people who weren't capable or empowered to help, BT finally re-connected me. If you can, take your business elsewhere.
