@btsport @btsportfootball what I would change in football. Cancel injury time and adopt rugby rules. Clock stops at half time and fulltime and whistle blows when ball out of play.

@bt_uk Hey there! No it’s still not working 🥺 however, I’m moving out of my house tomorrow and Into my new one. I’ve already spoke to an advisor about this a few weeks back but I’m not sure what to do? There’s no point ringing for an engineer when I’m moving. Shall we DM?

@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

6 calls 3 live chats 2 texts 1 complaint cut off 3 times. Still no wifi and continual landline issues for an 82 year old lady who has been shielding for 22 weeks. Worst service in a pandemic from an essential service @bt_uk #btbad #cutoff #isolated direct reply plz

@bt_uk absolutely appalling customer service to my mum who had shielded since March 2020! She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

@virginmedia @bt_uk I never had a SINGLE problem with VM until I was forced over to the hub 3 because the V6 box didn't work with the old hub 2. Had nothing but issues with hub 3. It ******* SUCKS.

Fuming with the service, or lack of, from @bt_uk No internet since Monday, have had to take annual leave because I can’t work and the first appointment they can get for an engineer is Saturday! Absolute joke. But it’s ok, they’ve logged my ‘dissatisfaction’.

"We Connect for Good. We’re here to help" @BT_UK have an online fault tracker which currently says of our broken phone line "We aim to fix this by the end of Thursday 27th May". That started as Saturday 22 May; they move it forward day by day. Not helpful at all.

@bt_uk got a problem with BT TV box, when using Netflix app through TV box the rest of the house loses WiFi, if the box is switched off WiFi comes back, box is 5 years old, not had problems since a couple of months ago, its not random, happens every time

@bt_uk Your flash adverts promising SUPERFAST broadband never mention anything about having to crawl around on the floor checking f***ing wires and what kind of connection box you have. Either you CAN give me superfast broadband, or you can't and if you can't I shouldn't have to pay!
