As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

Sadly I saw many who were in the wrong place - whether they were sent there incorrectly - as I believe we were or just through poor choices. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
