@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc

  • dave_maydew Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales

@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

  • Steffan_McMahon Steffan McMahon (@Steffan_McMahon) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@BTCare - Hi just had a phonecall from the following number 01623 534963, claiming to be from BT openreach saying that there is an issue with my line. As soon as I asked before we go further what is my address and who is my broadband provider he put the phone down.

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • TNevillee Tom Neville (@TNevillee) reported from Trethomas, Wales

BT are easily the worst broadband company there is, customer service is absolutely ******* pathetic aswell @bt_uk sort it out

@YouViewSupport @StrudwickM @bt_uk @itvhub @curryspcworld I forgot to say that your solution worked a charm! I noticed some privacy boxes were unticked, so I just allowed all and it worked. Thank you 😊

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • nicnacnoopixs Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales

So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

  • lowri_anne lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

  • RClayton92 Ryan Clayton (@RClayton92) reported

WHAT THE F*CK IS THAT AD @getnuman?!! Repeating ‘DESPAIR’ in big bold writing across our screens to describe bald/ balding men & during a pandemic! Really poor of @btsport to think that’s an acceptable ad.

  • danny_hay73 Danny Hay (@danny_hay73) reported

@bt_uk Can you just hear how ridiculous that sounds... either get the technology to handle the speed or don’t market a super fast 900mps service if u have no way of ensuring that customers can actually get it... £69.99 pm is a lot of money mate!!!

  • revdgarry Revd Garry Roberts (@revdgarry) reported

Only get 15mb download speed against guaranteed 51 mb. @bt_uk can you help how I can leave my 18 month contract without incurring penalty cost please.

  • LiamS6Times Sir (CHAMP19NS) Gini Wijnaldum (@LiamS6Times) reported

@bt_uk Due a callback from Graeme Scottish guy Wednesday, nothing. Thursday. Nothing. This all just adds to the complaint. Ridiculous.

  • Lipgloss7713 D bates (@Lipgloss7713) reported

@btsport the commentary tonight has been awful. Had to mute the TV. No chemistry and predictable cliché crap. Please. Come on so much talent out there.

  • rchlwrd Rach Ward (@rchlwrd) reported

@LN_STU @bt_uk Yup different phones have been tried. Mums logged a fault but they said the earliest they can come is Tuesday and if that’s not good enough to raise a complaint (which won’t be looked at for 3-4 working days 🙄)
