-
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense
-
Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, WalesSo after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change
-
Nickynackynoo (@nicnacnoopixs) reported from Trethomas, Wales@bt_uk what’s going on guys - after a run of two weeks and no internet issues now we’ve got nothing again !
-
Tyler Richards! △⃒⃘ (@TheRealTR19) reported from Pencoed, Wales@bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off
-
Tom Neville (@TNevillee) reported from Trethomas, Wales@bt_uk Your wifi is absolutely ******* shit, thanks
-
Gary Hopkins (@hop_gary) reported from Rhymney, Wales@ODDSbible @BTSportBoxing @btsport @1927Cookie wtf is this about
-
Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, WalesWhy is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage
-
Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp cabinet, it seemed all he wanted to do was run a speed test and tell us that the line was ok and off he went! Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each
-
Serian Ganesh (@Serian_G) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, WalesUncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK
-
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...
-
Andrew Hazard Photography (@AndrewHazard) reported from Panteg, Wales@bt_uk I think ‘inept’ just about covers your customer service #unfitforpurpose
-
Nörm•i•am (@storrmin571) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia signal dropping out from broadband all week. Makes you realise how good @bt_uk are.

lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales@btsport let me cancel/freeze/suspend my contract. I’m a zero hours worker. Every penny counts. @SkySports & @PremierSportsTV have obliged. #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass #supplyteacher @huwbbc

Emma Harris ♥♬ (@emmalee909) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@YouViewSupport @StrudwickM @bt_uk @itvhub @curryspcworld I forgot to say that your solution worked a charm! I noticed some privacy boxes were unticked, so I just allowed all and it worked. Thank you 😊

lowri anne williams (@lowri_anne) reported from Cardiff, Wales@btsport do the right thing and let us cancel our contract! I’m a zero hours worker and every penny counts. @SkySports and @PremierSportsTV have been more than fair #DoTheRightThing #getamoralcompass
-
Dave Maydew MW0DCM (@dave_maydew) reported from Tylorstown, Wales@SteveZPU @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp As they've noticed that the neighbors are getting 20-30mb faster than we are stuck at 24mb!! It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.
BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
LOZLO (@baeonice) reported@bt_uk Hello. Internet still extremely slow but they are saying there is a fault on the line outside & that an engineer will check it this week. Thing is they came out in February too & said the copper line is very very long & impossible for him to find exactly where it could be.
-
Mike McKenna (@MikeMcKenna_) reportedHi @bt_uk. Your website is a shambles. Logged in at your home page to pay for a monthly sport sub, only to be bounced to registration (I am clearly registered or I wouldn't be able to log in) and then the "pay now" button in the step 4 screen is broken.
-
Emma Jones (@Jonesec1976) reported@bt_uk Shame that BT prioritises vacuous messages rather than addressing appalling customer service and addressing the fact that we have had no working landline since mid Feb and are still paying for it. Promises at every step of the way and total failure to deliver every time.
-
Janine Ferguson (@pigeonpants71) reported@bt_uk @btgroup @OpenreachHelp once again badly let down with a new installation, no comms from BT & now I have no broadband. I even have to call again tomorrow to arrange for a temp copper connection which will take a minimum of 5 days. Meantime I cannot work! Unacceptable BT
-
Emma Jones (@Jonesec1976) reported@bt_uk If only this were true but sending direct messages doesn't seem to address any of the problems that we encounter nor do any BT customer service agents seem to care about resolving our issues.
-
Rachel stevenson (@onlymy_opinion1) reported@bt_uk I genuinely have never experienced worse customer service. 2 cancelled orders and have been left with no landlines or broadband in a rural area. @bt_uk you are compromising our safety, as we have no emergency dial out and have to take leave from work, as I can't work.
-
jonny cook (@jonnycook08) reported@bt_uk Hi I will get the account details for you when I I back home but the issue is still happening and getting worse.
-
MattyB (@MattyBx9427) reportedThen Me And @bt_uk Are Running Round Like Bloody Idiots To Fix you Mess You Made

-
Anne Greensmith 💙 (@snowleopardess) reported@bt_uk Hello. I am getting an increasing number of emails in the last few days which are getting through the spam filter, which is normally very efficient. Last time this happened there was an issue your end?
