BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
