Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
