I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?
