She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere
