  @bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

  @btbusinesscare Oh, you have no idea how much patience I’ve had to excercise with BT for a few years. Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  @btbusinesscare why am I STILL being billed when our service ended 17/7 and we’ve paid the final bill. Now being billed for another month. Your billing department manage to ***** up every time we’ve used BT.
