The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
