James Moss (@UKEmpLawyer) reported from Allt-yr-Yn, Wales@omitbdf @bt_uk The person I spoke to from @bt_uk, who eventually called me back, did not know what LOS meant on the Openreach ONT. I had to Google it & informed him it meant Loss of Signal. Pathetic service so far - we still have no WiFi.

The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

It could either be a drop line issue or the connection between one of the other poles to the one we're connected to.

Excuse me for this as I had the same issue and it took me 2 years to get the line replaced, I'm ready to get the same done here as it seems each

Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.
