Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

The last week or so my internet has been so unstable that if someone else boots up netflix while I am online it's causing me to get 100+ ping and everything takes forever to load. When I questioned it they said "there were issues with installing the line so we had to charge you more" and I said "no there wasn't?" and they said "oh ok sry"

Jason Hughes (@DrBaldo) reported@bt_uk Yesterday line went dead (no dial tone), raised fault and it's back. I missed important meetings (no BB) and it was stressful as estimated fix was 3-4 days! I have Halo but no mention of 4G hub from you. Am I meant to have one on standby or do you courier for each fault?
