So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.
