So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@btsport The worst and toughest customer service experience I’ve ever had. 40 minutes of my life talking to an operator that had got no nearer to resolving my issue. Absolute awful service. Just ordered the monthly package tonight, paid £25. cancelled same night at a £25 loss

@willidh @BTCare Was joking .. agreed that in lockdown world, broadband provider should provide 24/7 support. At least one has option of hotspot, or ‘phone a neighbour’ to hook to theirs.
