So after 2.5hrs of trying to source the issue and finally getting confirmation that our internet fault is outside of the house and down to @bt_uk have now been advised it’ll be fixed my 9th April - looks like we won’t be working from home this week then !😡 #time to change

@bt_uk I’ve cancelled my DD, but can’t get through to you to cancel the service. Can’t chat, your phone no answer. Surely fact that I cancelled the DD means I don’t want u anymore...but all the send is email saying you will send me a bill so I can pay in a different way!

@bt_uk Home move booked and confirmed for Monday 12th. Two days later I get a text to advise its been moved to the Thursday 15th. On phone now trying to get a resolution, but the advisor basically wants to give me a couple of quid to go away and find my own solution. Not happy.
